The room exceeded my expectation in terms of choice of furniture and size. The large king sized bed was very comfortable and the view spectacular. The bathtub added a nice touch to the room and I was able to relax in my room and making it feel like home. The hotel is also conveniently connected to the Metro and you can be on the train within 10 minutes. The staff were all very attentive and polite. I would definitely stay there again when in Lanzhou.

酒店位置离市中心有点距离，离高铁西站20分钟车程，除了离黄河楼近就没其他景点了。先生一人先去办入住，拖着两个大箱子，下车门口无行李员协助。房间中规中矩，商务型，只有一个洗手池不太方便。晚餐在行政酒廊用餐，菜品少而且每个菜都是辣的，唯一一个荤菜竟是鸡架，也没有热麪档。因为孩子有点发烧，问能不能给下碗蔬菜麪，其中一位男服务员冷冷地説这里只有简餐，搞得我都不好説什么了。后来一位姓陈的姑娘主动上前询问了一下孩子情况，説去楼下自助餐厅煮碗麪上来，这个需要表扬一下，总算恢复了国际连锁品牌酒店还有的服务态度和标准。我们在用餐的时候，旁边还在拍酒店宣传广告。

定的豪华套房，享受行政待遇。基本没有问题，各方面表现均衡，总体上在兰州酒店榜位居前列。有地下专属停车区域，早餐中西合璧，游泳池中规中矩；睡品优质，设施完备，特别是浴袍和拖鞋较其他同级酒店更为舒适；服务周到，耐心细致。待提升空间：下午茶和Happyour可再丰富些。

Only an overnight stay but it was exceptional. Clean, modern, comfortable. Great food options within the hotel as we did not have time to step out. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

The Sheraton Lanzhou Hotel located in Anning District is a popular choice and convenient for visitors to Lanzhou. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent service and delicious dining options that stood out to you during my stay. Will come back to the Sheraton Lanzhou Anning again next time when I visit Lanzhou.
