来到兰州，想着第二天吃国义凉麪方便就住在了这个酒店。
想停车没找到停车指示牌，打酒店电话才知道该去哪停。酒店内设施陈旧、破损，前台人员态度都比不上亚朵的。我感觉洗衣房里的洗衣机和烘乾设备是我家十年前用的那种，而且洗衣房的风格属于战损风格，旁边健身房里的设备也比较少。优点可能就是酒店外观还不错。
图片是电梯地板，砖都破损了，才上去吱嘎吱嘎响，酒店都不安排换一下。
这价格还不如去住下欢朋，起码我上面那些问题不会存在。

衞生脏的一塌糊涂地面，柜子上，抽屉里，面盆，吊灯这陈年老垢，被套还是破洞的快捷酒店的衞生也比这强多了都不知道携程上的星是怎么挂的，空调轰隆轰隆响吹不了冷风热的一晚上没睡好，服务员让我开着窗户睡，实在不行送个风扇，最重要的是没有服务，没有服务，没有服务，前台看见人就跟个空气一样。

该酒店地理位置其实挺好，在西站旁，走路过去就几分钟，对面马路有大润发超市，不过酒店应该是与大厦物业有一定纠纷或者是有冲突，酒店周边被贴满了纠纷公告，不知道是否因为这个原因，导致非常混乱，首先该酒店挂的是温德姆五星，但是实际上，从各种硬件，服务，衞生和房间的配置都其实最多只能四星，特别是衞生，我觉得连连锁商务酒店不如，先不説房间洗澡房连放衣服毛巾洗漱用品的地方都没有，就最基本的衞生都没有打扫乾净，一进门就是地板灰蒙蒙的，再者清洁阿姨的衞生标准一定不是五星的，布草烂了拉丝了也不换正常给顾客使用，杯子还有渍，住两个晚上，第一晚使用的地巾第二天竟没更换还正常铺在地下，因为免得与酒店发起冲突，离店了才作反馈，因为这不是一时半会处理得了或者改变得了的，还有硬件设施方面，冰箱是坏的，床头灯也是闪烁不停，枕头更奇怪的配置，6个枕头5个高枕，一个中枕，再者该酒店停车配套是先缴费，后再微信与酒店联系报销的，非常浪费时间麻烦，这个可能是与酒店的债务纠纷有关系。
特别强调一下，订的是亲子套房，面积是可以是足够大的，但是非常非常奇葩的是，浴缸是全开放式的，沙发，卧床区域都是直接可以看到的，根本没有私隐可言，洗手间与洗澡间是乾湿分离，但是一开门直接面对电视沙发，洗澡间是没有任何挂衣服毛巾位置的，所以只要洗完澡拿毛巾，是一定是**表演的，另外洗澡间的热水调节也非常讲求专业水平，没有学过几年的开保险箱手艺是调不到你喜欢的水温的，要不就是烫猪皮，要不就是精神小伙式的冻水，极度奇葩。。。总的来説，该酒店其实达不到五星水平的，而且部分服务或者硬件，连快捷酒店都不一定达到，建议平台酒店重新审视挂星，毕竟你挂高星别人就是有高星的期待，还不如踏踏实实挂标准的。。。

Location of hotel is about 15mins car ride to the downtown area. I would recommend staying in the downtown area if you have more time in lanzhou and/or prefer to be closer to the more touristy sights in lanzhou. Sound proofing is bad as we can hear snoring from next door on 2 separate nights. Complimentary pick up/drop off at train station is a nice touch.

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that ??. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Needed to be close to the train station and it was within walking distance … breakfast was simple .
