从西门乘观光车到长肖，有管家来接，大概300米就到酒店了，距离观景台大概100米，都很好走，到几个风雨桥就是各种台阶下坡不太好走了。离店时管家也会帮拿行李送到观光车站，服务特别热情。
酒店两栋楼距离不远，我们住的南楼有电梯，1层是蜡染和小花园。3层有苗族服饰，款式很多，可以借走退房前还。北楼地下是泳池和重生酒吧，早餐也在酒吧很丰盛。
房间设施很不错，晚上浴缸泡个澡简直太舒服。酒店还送了欢迎水果零食茶和迷你吧的饮料。

Excellent hotel with excellent service. The views were pleasant but the standout was the hospitality. The staff did so much more than expected to make the stay as memorable as it was. They gave tea leaves as a parting gift on check out. They also offer to mail items I accidentally left behind. This level of care and commitment from the staff is what stands out from a regular hotel.

We are very happy with our stay in this hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is big and clean. We were provided with a fruit basket and nice biscuits. Breakfast is good, too. Getting into the village is not so convenient, though. We came from the West Entrance. We need to take a coach, walk through a shopping alley, then take another bus and a short walk before reaching the hotel. The hotel staff met us at the bus stop and helped to carry our luggage.

The service was fantastic! We arrived after 10:30 PM, and she was very patient, guiding us through purchasing tickets and arranging for local help to deliver our luggage from the main west entrance to the hotel. They even gave my son a dragon souvenir when we checked out. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotel stays I have ever had! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exceeded all of our expectations. The personal butler, Lili was amazing and helpful. We really loved staying at the resort, the breakfast is great, especially the coffee, and we enjoyed the cocktails and batik experience. Everything was perfect!

Had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. Great hardware. Warm and excellent service. Conveniently located near the observation deck.
