房间很大 乾净整洁 泡池温度较高适合大人 浴室配有地暖非常好 服务也很好 就是小朋友的床也有点太硬了吧..

五一期间一千三左右一晚的独栋小别墅，性价比拉满，提前入住延迟退房，这点国内酒店真的比国外人性化太多了，早餐还可以，所有工作人员服务都很到位，外卖送进屋，buggy也很快，全好评

别墅房型非常大！硬件看起来有年份了，但是泡池还是亮点，入住的时候送了下午茶，服务体验很好，下午茶质量很高

This hotel looks too old and jaded, in need for a revamp renovation or makeover, although its location is good to explore Shuhe and Baisha ancient towns, but it’s remoteness and jaded old vibes didn’t justify the room rates, plus the shower and toilets are too far apart, and the shower cold and hot water is erratic.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Shuhe Ancient Town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The king-size bed was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. While the customer service was acceptable, there is still some room for improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location and comfortable accommodation.

房间内的衞生做的很好，服务很到位，有需求沟通后会给予帮助。早餐发现有菜品不足后也立刻补充，服务人员都会关注需求。整体非常超出预期

入住的是铂尔曼的别墅房型。该房型非常宽敞，自带独立庭院，非常清静。酒店为别墅住户提供电瓶车接送服务，只要一个电话，前台安排的车能在2-3分钟没抵达，非常方便。
酒店套餐附赠了下午茶，出品质量很高，没有任何敷衍，是五星级的标准。
唯一的遗憾是酒店因为开业时间较早，园区内的硬件设施缺损较多，有碍观瞻，附赠的旅拍最后也因为这个原因放弃了，建议能逐步进行提升

Great hotel for its price! Better than similar ones who are more expensive around! Huge villas with everything you need nice breakfast and super convenient location to go to any of old towns around ! Plus photoshoot included to the room for free with costumes ??
