房间和图片一样没有差距，还有个小院子，环境很好，距离古城也很近，交通很方便，老板人也超级好，会帮忙拿行李，还会给伴手礼，送机服务也超级贴心，很好的一次体验

这家民宿真是超乎想象的好！房间布置温馨舒适，设施齐全，服务态度更是周到热情。地理位置优越，交通便利，周围环境优美。性价比超高，强烈推荐给想要体验本地风情的旅客。整体感觉非常棒，下次还会再来！

房间全是智能家居，很是不错，还有一次性的毛巾，这点太nice了，很贴心！地理位置也很好，去古城很近，楼下也有很多吃喝特别方便，而且老板人很好，帮忙拿行李，下次有机会还来丽江的话还会入住的。

这次是姐妹三个出游，是我的第三次丽江之行了，这次是住的最美的一次，每次都住的宾馆，这次选择了民宿，小院太漂亮了，房间非常的干净整洁，安静舒适，地理位置也好，离古城就10分钟步行，帅气的老板非常的热情，帮忙拿行李，给老板个大大的赞??如再有丽江之行，不用再选了，就是这里

客栈环境非常好，卫生干净太干净了阿姨每天帮我打扫干净，一楼还有洗衣机，老板特别热情接我们帮忙拿行李，走的时候太早没打扰老板，住着舒服二楼有阳台特别惬意，最主要的老板还会帮忙推荐去哪里玩以免我们自己踩雷，帮忙安排了雪山很品质，服务也特别好，千古情也看了，留点遗憾下次还来去泸沽湖，非常值得推荐

设施：民宿设备都很新 大多数都是智能家俱 个人觉得洗漱用品比一般的酒店民宿要好很多

The staff informed us beforehand that we would need to climb a flight of 20 steps to reach the hotel, but assured us they would carry our suitcases both on arrival and during checkout early at around 6:55am. Based on this, I felt it was still okay to do the booking.
However, upon arrival, the employee helped us with only one bag and told us to carry the other ourselves. Being a petite lady, I had to carry my 28-inch suitcase up the steep stairs—which turned out to be far more than 20 steps and at the same time I need to assist my 70-year-old mother. By the time we reached the top, we were both panting from the climb. The same issue occurred during checkout, when I had to carry my 28inch suitcase down the dark, steep stairs alone. Upon reaching the main road, the guy stood on the road looking around and didn’t offer to help, making us feeling quite disappointed.
The boss was helpful in booking our YuLong Mountain cable car tickets and even offered an oxygen canister for 10 Yuan, which we appreciated.
However, when I requested housekeeping the following morning, the room was not cleaned as promised. We didn’t mind too much and simply asked for two new towels instead.
On a brighter note, the room was clean, conveniently located near the old town, and the electric toilet was a great feature that we appreciated.

This is the best of service hotel, near old town comfortable to travel to anywhere the room is very clean. There are a lots of shops for shopping and many kind if food. We are appreciate and enjoy so much.
