首先服务还可以，将我接到了店里，给了抢票的建议，并且提供了行李寄存服务，推荐的饭馆味道也很不错，很感谢。但是赠送的水果和鲜花饼我并没有得到…难道要客人主动提出吗，可能我不好意思。
然后是房间的设施，设计很不合理，浴室里并没有放衣物的地方，只能出来穿，并不是每个人都有泡浴缸的需求，而且我当天是生理期，导致整个过程让我很冷（洗澡的水温也不是很高）。说有电热毯我并没有找到，老板来看过了也确实没有，有空调但是效果不佳。
关于洗手台，污渍较多，希望可以加强清洁。
由于我只住一晚，当天也比较晚了第二天赶着早起，将就了。希望后面店里能改进吧

The Receptionist is very detailed and have many very good tour option. It even have free pickup/dropoff.Amazing!

The hotel is located in Lijiang old city, near the South Gate which is the quiet side of the old city. Great for sleeping. Its room is updated and tastefully decorated. Downside is the pipes are quite noisy and the wooden panel above the bed is very dusty.
Better to backpack than lugging luggages with wheels which could be badly damaged on the old stoned pavements. The hotel has a three wheeled pickup but it is regulated and can’t traverse very far so we still need to manage our luggages much of the way.

The homestay is located within Lijiang ancient city and it's very huge. The surroundings are the local eateries that serve the typical food from breakfasts to late dinner - a good place for foodie and ppl that prefer a quieter environment.
Not too far from the south gate 南门if you intend to travel to yulong snow mountain by bus 101.
The room has quite some stairs and the staff was quite nice to help us bring our bulky luggage to the room at level 2.
Cleanliness I would say there is room for improvement - the job wasn't quite thorough - I saw a belt was left behind by the previous customer in the drawer.

Very nice and comfortable. Booked 3 nights at this hotel. It is very near to ancient town. Just a few minutes walk.

The owner of the hotel is so nice to us
We talked with the hotel owner for approx 2 hrs during the night time.
The declaration of the hotel is quite beautiful and suitable for taking photos.
In addition, the location of the hotel is not convenient, however, the hotel can provide the pick-up service so please call the hotel to ask for the service before u arrive.(By WeChat or phone if you have mainland phone number.)

民宿环境很好，老板很热情，给我们品鉴了功夫茶及特色鲜花饼，晚上夜景是很好看的，就开在古城里面的，去哪里都很方便，好评！

The location is ok, about 10 min. walk from the ancient city. The room was big and nice, but we had lot of problem with the water. The first night we don't have warm water, on the second night we don't have cold water only very hot. I guess they have some issue with the system. The staff is not helpful, they only say hello if you said it first otherwise they ignoreing you. Maybe because we are foreigners. It was written we can get flower cake upon arrival, but we didn't receive (not even a smile). The laundry room was dirty, so we decided not to use it. Our bedsheet had a huge grey patch. I would choose other place to stay if I would go back to Lijiang.
