We had a great time staying at the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The interior and decoration is relatively new and trendy.
The hospitality of this hotel is marvelous. The receptionists and the barista/ hostess is very nice, supportive and enthusiastic. They’re doing a very great job, much better comparing to others standard hotels within the hospitality industry.
We got struggle to schedule a pickup service since we dont speak Chinese, ended up taking Didi, which is not really a problem, but they actively offered us a drop off service instead. We also got helped to book tickets and car.
The breakfast is average, but i guest its mostly the same within the region.
The location is about 10 mins walk distance from Old town, but it’s in a very convenient neighborhood, and Didi is available so would not be much a problem
Overall experience is great even if we have language barrier but they have done a great job.

酒店位置绝佳，去丽江古城，束河古镇都很方便，走进酒店，大堂宽敞明亮，装修风格时尚大气，细节处彰显品质。客房空间布局合理，床品柔软舒适，卫生间干湿分离，洗浴用品品质也不错！从前台办理入住到离店，工作人员始终热情礼貌，有问必答，响应速度快，服务态度超赞！特别是前厅小姐姐服务超级好[强]总的来说，拾壹酒店是一家性价比很高的酒店，适合商务出行和旅游度假，下次还会选择入住 ！赞赞赞

环境：就在城区离古城一点点距离，不用爬上爬下，也不吵闹
服务：前台小姐姐服务很细致??
很适合姐妹出行，酒店的咖啡厅跟天台打卡也很漂亮，价格实惠服务不错，整体还是比较推荐～

非常好前台和其他工作人员包括女店长都非常贴心周到为旅客服务，攴厅的阿姨和厨师也非常捧。一次愉快的旅行体验。
