The moment we walked into the ground floor lobby, we immediately sensed that this will be a nice and comfortable stay. All staff at the front desk, breakfast and whoever we run into, greeted us with smiles and were friendly and exceptionally helpful whenever we have questions. They go to the extra length to assist including the use of translation tool to ensure our requests were fully understood and met. Our room was spacious, spotless with all necessary amenities. Great breakfast with a generous variety of delicious food to choose, too. One feedback is that we were unable to lower our room temperature at night to our preference as it is winter and the hotel has likely switched off the cooling cycle of the air conditioning. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again in Lijiang. It is a place that is well managed and operated.

酒店在祥和商业广场旁边，非常方便。前台的工作人员非常热情，房间很大打扫的非常乾净。酒店的洗衣房洗衣烘乾，还能帮忙送到房间。酒店的早餐非常丰盛，菜品多水果新鲜。丽江很美！

新开的酒店，非常好，早餐很好吃，种类丰富，房间很乾净，很宽敞，小管家服务很到位，酒店地理位置很好，天气好能看日照金山，离忠义市场打车7分钟左右可以直接从那坐101去雪山，不知道的也可以问小管家我们是问了小管家俱体蓝月谷要在哪站下，酒店有提供氧气可以直接买，10元一瓶，我们按照他推荐的买的一人两瓶，刚好合适。

The hotel is rather new. Facilities are in excellent condition, staff were all very polite and hospitable. Tea was offered during our wait at reception during check in and Check out. There were some thumping noises during our stay and the staff were actively following up and provided updates to us and even gave us a complimentary fruit platter. There are a few shopping malls including Walmart and eateries within walking distance. Location is quite convenient. Our orders from ******* were sent to our room via robot. It was a pleasant stay.

My hubby & I were greeted by courteous, friendly & helpful reception staff. We were given free breakfast & they were sumptuous, especially the fresh flower biscuits. The staff also helped us to taobao our breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning for an outing.
The cafe was very beautiful & has a peaceful & refreshing vibe. It has a view of the jade snow mountain. The hotel room was also tastefully designed. It is very sparkly clean & the accessories used were of good quality. I could sleep very well with the comfy bed mattress.
The hotel location is good. It has many eateries & some shopping mall. Taking didi is not an issue. The didi can pick up & drop at the doorstep.
We actually booked for 2 nights. Because the service hotel & accommodation were so excellent & the room rate was really value for money, we decided to extend another 3 more nights. So we actually stayed 5 nights in a row, which we usually don't do. Our room was also upgraded.
Besides that, we could wash & dry our laundry daily. We were very pleased that the laundry lady would deliver them to our room, which made our stay a pleasant one.
Thank you to all the staff which made our stay filled with fond good memories in Lijiang.

和朋友去丽江玩，这个酒店太惊喜了，房间乾乾净净，服务人员的态度也都很好。去景点这些也很方便，丽江太美啦，下次还得来！
