酒店不错 服务不错 就是夜里小冰箱的风扇声有点大 半夜起来找声音来源 电源拔掉就好了 万达旁边 市中心吧 挺值得推荐

前台的服务非常热情，办理入住很迅速，还叮嘱了很多细节，房间很舒适整洁，需要的物品客房大姐很快就送过来了，当天晚上休息的非常好??早餐很有当地特色，还赶了当地的大集，下次过来首选希尔顿

前台服务非常热情，房间也安排的非常温馨、舒适乾净。还送了欢迎水果。早餐也很丰富感觉菜品味道和新鲜度都可以。有当地特色糁，停车也方便，退房时还热情的送了水，非常满意，下次入住还会选首选希尔顿????????

床品柔软亲肤，隔音效果绝佳，深夜也没半点嘈杂，睡了个安稳觉。服务更是暖心，前台热情专业，不仅快速办理入住，还贴心推荐了本地特色景点和美食，连行李都主动帮忙搬运。早餐品种丰富，荤素搭配均衡，还能嚐到当地特色小吃，性价比超高。

I was there 8 nights for a work trip.
Overall was ok an pleasant, room was good size and comfortable,
but cleaning was inconsistent, one day they would do everything, but forget to put toilet paper, another day they wouldn't change flip flops, every day I was coming from work, something was different from the other day,
My other issue was, the software program that controls the lighting automation of the room was buggy. it would short circuit, light switches sometimes controlled random area, I touched the aircon once with my hand that I recently applied cream on, it short circuited and another light when on! one night in the middle of the night the toilet lights automatically went on (not creepy at all!) and the "do not disturb button sometimes would remain latched on as hard as you try to get it off, meant that I couldn't get my room cleaned one day. when I explained this to them, they sent somebody upstairs to check. and at that time, it behaved normal, so they didn't do anything about it. I wasn't too demanding and insisting either, as I was hardly at the hotel anyway.

提前一天打电话给我，又加微信。我还挺感动，我要求安排安静房间，答应好好的。到了店给安排在靠近电梯。
前台客服説话冷漠，看来她们压力很大的样子；
电梯上牌子餐厅直达，里面却是正常可以到客房，这管理的脑洞让人搞不懂！

我们是外地的，带孩子来这里参加乒乓球比赛，正好这个酒店离比赛场地很近，而且价格也不贵，入住之後感觉真是来对了，啥都有，本来我们人多就需要洗衣服之类的需求，酒店就有洗衣房，服务员也非常热情，感谢大家的服务让我们一家人都跟愉快。

游玩九华山回家的路上，有了住宿欢朋酒店的愉悦体验，这次的落脚休息依然选择了该酒店。还是订了两个房间。大厅光线充足，装饰落落大方，大厅服务人员热情服务，入住流程简单明了。房间内乾湿分离，物品摆放整整齐齐，睡得舒舒服服。早餐也很丰富，西餐中餐菜品丰富。旁边就是万达，步行不到三分钟就到。临走会贴心得提醒扫一下免费停车二维码。
