作为一个老品牌酒店来説硬件配置是可以的，但就是太过于守旧没更新不能与时俱进，就是枕头还是陈旧的老式枕头太过于柔软一枕就凹陷导致睡眠不好；再有就是淋浴花洒水量不够大，开大又太烫太凉水量又太小，真的很难洗个爽快的澡。希望能够跟后起的那些连锁酒店一样那么人性化的实施，洗澡水量大枕头用荞麦枕高枕无忧

酒店大堂富丽堂皇，服务员热情主动。房间宽敞明亮，衞生乾净，温馨舒适！窗外视野广阔，房间设施整洁，令人发放使用。自助早餐丰富多样，在这里进餐简直是一种享受。超值的性格比令我有再次入住的慾望。

房间很大很大，有两个洗脸盆很方便，有浴缸，电视也很大，停车场地上地下都有，停车无忧。每天都送水果和银耳银耳羹。

When you walked in it was dark and cold. No one spoke english at the counter.
Apart from breakfast which was well catered for the nationals but no so for westerners. This was disappointing as that was the reason I booked the hotel as it symbolised a western approach to my stay.
The fact you couldn't get room service after checking in was a major factor in my score. The staff were unable to make any suggestions on where I could get something to eat.

特别安静的环境，前台小陈很有耐心，龙经理也很周到，所有的问题都帮忙解决了，很愉快的一次旅行！

车在出口处停了十几分钟，没人过来问也出不去。然后房间里面衞生很糟糕，洗漱台上和淋浴间衞生都很糟糕，淋浴间有头发，地毯脏得不行。大堂的服务感觉像是欠了服务员的一百万一样不情愿的。整个酒店除了大，其他的真的太差了，本人一年有两百天在住酒店，各种品牌各种集团住不少，但是六盘水的福鹏喜来登真的太差劲了，也不知万豪怎么想的，这么差的服务和衞生也敢挂在万豪旗下。

This was our secons stay at the hotel, and it will certainly be our last (and probably our last stay at any Sheraton).
While it is nice hote (the desk stadd were pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean and quier, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was quite good, and there was ample parking) the poorly-trained hotel manager rudly interrupted our dinner and upset both of us so much we nearly packed-up and left.
Also, as a note for foreign visitors, it appears that noone on the hotel's staff speaks English. A final note: we had a light (and I would say overpriced) dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The beef-noodle soup had a single piece of edible beef and the dumplings were about what I would expect from a loe-end street vendor, so I can't recommend eating there.

Location: Not the most central hotel of Liupanshui- but the centre is reachable within 10-15 min car ride.
Service: Excellent service by the front desk - specially when we had to do an emergency trip at the hospital at 2am. The staff on duty was amazing. However, expect very basic to nearly inexistent English from the staff.
Cleanliness and amenities: Clean rooms in general - carpet was pretty stained. The pool’s opening hours are not fixed and seem to vary. The changing rooms and showers were quite dirty. Even though it’s not a very new hotel - I was expecting better from a Sheraton.
