  酒店停车很方便，有很大的停车场，酒店离火车站很近，离五星步行街也不远，房间也比较大，乾净整洁，前台服务不错

  开房的那个前台大姐，感觉她全程都很不爽，态度就跟我欠了她钱似的，真是抱歉啊，我正常的开房过程可能冒犯到您，我不配那麽刻薄的你给我服务。服务那两分因为退房的时候的前台笑容可掬，不然一分都不想给。 对老三星抱有期待和情怀去的。房间整体还过得去，有股霉味，窗帘透光，这些都不是太大问题，服务真的是扣分项。

  刚入住酒店打算出门就被反锁在房间了，用酒店的座机打电话给前台那些都没人接，结果还得上网搜酒店的电话号码用私号打给他们，晚上打算入睡的时候一掀开被子床上就有一些脏东西，马桶的那个盖子也是坏的，洗澡时地漏不好水都流通不了，续到整个厕所都是水我们出门前并没有通知前台房间需要打扫，结果回来後发现房间的东西都换新的了被动过了。

  酒店外就有紫荆花的树可惜还没开花～酒店新旧交融，房间有重新翻修但是有部分设备已经损坏。

  每次到柳州都住这个酒店，离火车站和汽车站都很近，旁边就是小吃街还有菜场，服务员很热心，场地很大，方便停车，前楼正在装修，希望能把广场路面也整修一下。

  Reception extremely helpful. It was raining outside when we wanted to go sightseeing. Reception take to effort to set itenery for the day visit. Even call a taxi for us . Go walkout from hotel to the main road to direct the taxi in while it is raining . Explain to the taxi driver where to drop us. Fantastic effort by the receptionist

  They offered us an upgraded room for free, that was very nice. The new building is gorgeous, beds and bathrooms are huge and clean. The staff kindly asked me in the morning if cleaning is needed, and they even replaced the mineral water when they completed the cleaning. A good place to stay for a foreigner traveling with passport.
