携程无意刷到这家酒店 抱着试试看的心态订了2天，从办理入住的那刻就感觉到热情的服务态度，管家更是贴心周到，特别谢谢管家客服雪姣，在我提出需求的时候第一时间响应并且解决！这家酒店各方面都不错，环境优雅安静，非常适合度假旅游！并且最重要的是非常乾净 这点很合我心意！

Great location, the service was superb. Before I arrived, the hotel called me, and they provided detailed instructions and helpful tips for visiting attractions in Tianmu Lake. The amenities are also quite good, I enjoyed the hot spring in the hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

房间和酒店都挺好的！！管家钱经理的服务也很好，就是温泉的吹风机不太好，吹风机换掉的话，下次会再来的！！！

环境：温泉很一般，不值得去，不是天然的
服务：差评。连续两天客人在房间的情况下，服务员敲了两下门居然直接刷卡进来了，绝了。

开开心心跨年！酒店位置很好！节假日各个酒店爆满，就盲选，送了很多代金券，还可以泡温泉??真不错，走的时候太匆忙，落了衣服在房间，后面找管家（周丽华）帮我转寄，太感谢了！

酒店感觉挺好的，物美价廉，前台接待钱杨态度热情，免费升级房间，介绍什么的都説的很细致，早餐也很好。品种不算多但都是精华，也不是廉价的那种，足够吃了，以后夏天再去还会选择，游泳池还可以游泳??
