  We had a nice stay at Ascot ! I came in this hotel with my brother fo couple of days and everything was beyond our expectations . The room was very clean,the location was perfect ! Located in Paddington,3-4min walk to the tube station ( we walked to most of the attractions so we didn’t need to use public transportations ) The room facilities were great ( hair dryers,soap,shampoo,kettle,tea , coffee etc ) the cleaning is made daily ! The reception was nice and helpful ! The price was also excellent for the quality . I really don’t understand the bad reviews as it has been very clean and modern . We will come back here for our next stay o

  Seen a lot of terrible reviews here. Let's put things into context. I paid ￡39 for the room for the night. For ￡39 you shouldn't be expecting the world. Had a comfortable sleep - bed was clean as was bathroom / shower. Yes furniture is old and battered, and so is the carpet - but it's reasonable for what you pay.

  地是不平的，门是锁不上的，电梯是坏的，晚上的时候直接被别人用卡刷开门，后来用椅子挡着门才行。

  Went down to reception and asked for an extra pillow - was told it would be delivered, took 2 hours to come! I’d actually fallen asleep by the time it came. Tried to call multiple times but no answer. Location is good and reminder is pretty average but good value for money.
