  Noise inside the wall at night when the aircon is on . They tried to fix it but the noise persisted. The house keeping needs training or supervision as they don’t work like other hotels . Everything was not done properly . The garbage was not disposed of unless you complained . The floor needs attention as it gives noise when you walk on it . At night it can be very annoying ! My room 502 was facing the wall of the building next door but I can’t open the window to let in the fresh air in the bathroom and bedroom .

  Fantastic place to stay for a show at the Royal Albert Hall. Perfect location and great suite - was a shame we were only staying for one night because it would have made the perfect base for exploring further.

  建筑物外形漂亮古典，距地铁站好近，附近有一间Waitrose 大超市，24小时Tesco 小超市，亦有不小食市，乘地铁到唐人街及各主要境点都好方便。房间及厕所宽躺，但隔音比较差，楼上步行声音听得好清楚。有煮食炉，煮食用具亦齐备，但我开唔着个炉，唯有放弃使用

  Great room size, clean, and in a good location. All the facilities and amenities are very good, such as the microwave and dinnerware. Special thanks to Dipika – she was very helpful and kind.

  非常非常舒适，交通方便，工作人员热情、非常乐于助人。特别感谢Chinmayon，我们续住后不想收拾行李再换房间，她帮忙协调
