很好 bar的酒很好喝 门僮也有服务意识

I did expected more from a 5 star hotel in terms of services and meticulous in their attention to detail.
Little things like, telling the housekeeping I will be out at a certain time and be back in the room to work so I needed the room to be clean by the time I got back but they didn’t clean it. At breakfast, asked for tea…. Have to wait for a long time ! Until I asked them again!

First time staying at the Park Hyatt London and it di not disappoint. We arrived early in the morning so I room wasn’t ready but the reception staff let us use the spa facilities to freshen up. Overall a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

地段一般，设施服务肯定没得説，但是寄存行李要收费这一点很不满意且不合理，其他酒店都有免费寄存服务为什么柏悦要收费
