I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Every they provided fresh fruits and in the evening they delivered desserts to our room.

It will be great if the TV show is free. Quite a lot of the show needs to be charged.

the room was new, and the choices for breakfast was good. The shopping mall nearby does not have a lot of customers and can't find supermarket.

Very nice and clean hotel, room was large and comfortable with good amenities. Very welcoming place. 12 minutes from the train station and not far from the main town. I recommend this hotel but be patient with staff as they have limited English. Easy check in..

Staff didn’t know correct details about foreigner visas. This can be easily remedied. No toothbrush or toothpaste in room but apart from that the room was great. The breakfast was good but not really half western which makes sense as I don’t think many westerners go there. The main problem was the noise on a night. There were semi-professional boxer teenagers practising their fighting right outside my room at 11pm. I had to go down to reception to tell the person there as they have zero English skills over the telephone. He didn’t seem that bothered. Not same five star as Shanghai but it makes sense as it’s the countryside. I enjoyed staying there but definitely need to make some improvements.

房间干净又超大，投影看电视很爽，服务员热情态度好。还可以自助免费洗衣服。早餐丰富，葱花馒头很好吃。超值！下次回来还是住文岚。

早餐很好吃，品种很多，室内环境很好，虽然说新开张的酒店，但是一点味道都没有，前台服务也很好。

龙游最好的酒店了，东方集团名副其实，酒店将东方礼学贯彻至终，服务人员包括保洁员都非常有礼貌，下午有欢迎水果，晚上有晚安炖品，早餐业也称得上丰盛，离店还送了小礼品，真的十分推荐。
对了酒店的健身房和游泳池是不在酒店里的，貌似是依托楼下的东方广场使用。
