We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town.
Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide.
The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast.
Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service.
Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

客房服务非常好，管家有求必应。车子抛锚了，小哥还帮我们修车，还开车送我们去吃饭的地点环境非常好，很安静

酒店环境优美，床品舒适，房间乾净衞生，早餐也很精致，酒店每个地方拍摄也都很出片，管家服务热情周到回应及时，还有曹尼迪克蛋，挺不错的，泳池人也不多，响应率高

酒店环境非常好，在山上俯瞰洛阳城，房间很大，尤其阳台非常宽敞，酒店占地面积很大绿化很好，内部设施略显粗糙，尤其是智能马桶，质量和衞生都很堪忧，每次冲水後都会持续发出异响持续几分钟。酒店早餐质量不错，半自助形式，但重复度太高，连住两晚第二天已经不好选择了，尤其早餐冷盘，好看而不好吃。晚餐的定制烧烤值得一试味道很好，厨师做的很用心。

很少写评价，酒店确实非常惊喜。入住的时候选的露营的房间，全屋智能化。内部大小床的设计特别适合带小朋友，大家不用挤在一张床上。房间在湖畔，相当安静，还配置了小院子，有休息的地方。早餐非常惊艳，居然还有小鲍鱼，和焗虾，鹅肝，以及牛排。唯一的遗憾是应该订2晚，没有体验温泉和无边泳池

我是从西安过来的，要説西安临潼的悦椿和太白山唐镇的五星级酒店都常带家人去，按理来説我们对温泉房是不陌生的，但这次没想到来洛阳还会入住到这麽棒的温泉酒店，真的是住的舒服，早餐高级，管家贴心，无微不至的照顾与服务，到哪里都会安排接送我们，今天才回来，已经计划着下个月再去了，好的地方竟然拉近了我们与洛阳的距离，周末就可过去小住两天，泡泡温泉，或在无边泳池游泳，享受美味精致的早餐，都是周末不二的选择！再次感谢酒店带给我这麽好的体验，感谢管家对我家人的关怀，下次再会！

整体设计新颖别致，因为酒店大，有管家服务非常方便，很贴心，有求必应，各种贴心服务，正好运气好，遇到了好天气，非常完美。房间里的绿植f非常加分，还能看到早晨的露水

和朋友来洛阳玩，在这个温泉酒店住了一个晚上，酒店的配套很齐全，有无边泳池和温泉泡池，很好玩。而且酒店能俯瞰洛阳市。早餐是半自助早餐，如果晚餐不想吃他们的餐厅可以点外卖，附近有个海鲜店叫外卖很方便，也很好吃。
第一次住太空舱房间，是我的菜！270度观景，还有星空窗，很好feel，我们晚上睡觉打开了所有的帘子，睡在星空下的感觉真棒。
酒店员工告知我明年估计太空舱房间也会建上独立的泡池，期待下一次能和我未来的爱人来住，也希望酒店越做越好。
唯一的遗憾是只住了一夜，下次来洛阳只住这个酒店，哈哈。
