酒店位置超级优越 吃饭或者出行都很方便 前台和保洁大姐态度也都很好 住的这几天玩的很开心 东西落在了酒店 前台还帮忙邮寄

酒店地理位置好，出门就是解放路站地铁1/2号线，去各个景区都很方便。酒店房间乾净整洁，很安静，服务人员热情周到，很满意！

周末带孩子去龙门海洋馆玩，去市里吃小吃，最後住的维多利亚酒店，孩子玩的很开心，酒店住宿还可以，酒店周边小吃也很多，有大型商场，酒店乾净衞生，服务员服务周到，讲话礼貌，价格也便宜。

解放路 D出口一上来右手边就到、地理位置非常方便、三个大商场、吃饭都很方便。景区地铁和打车都能快速到达、赶上33届客家恳亲大会、应天门去不了有机会再来。

出行非常方便，出门就是地铁站，两条线交汇处。房间乾净整洁，前台小姐姐服务周到细心，乐於助人态度和蔼可亲，解答问题。每次来洛阳都住这里非常推荐。

地理位置非常优越，出了地铁1号线和2号线的交汇站解放路站D 口就是酒店。
前台服务态度非常亲切。
以後再来洛阳还会考虑住这里。

房间很乾净，交通十分便利，地铁口出来就能看到，早餐丰盛，出游的不错选择。准备五月和家人来看牡丹继续住这里。

- The location is great, just in front of a metro station, and the metro station is the one where the only 2 metro lines intersect. There are many shops and things to eat around.
- The room was in general clean. However, the hotel's corridors were extremely dirty... the carpet in the corridors going to the rooms was very dirty, it looks like a vacuum cleaner is not used there since weeks ago... The mobiliary in the corridors is covered in dust as well.
- The breakfast is not bad, but I found a hair in my rice... the first day there was a microwave completely covered in dust. The next day was cleaned.
- The staff does not speak English at all, not a word... and they don't make the minimum effort to help you to understand what they are saying. I have stayed in many hotels in China, normally they use apps for translation to communicate with you. In this hotel, they don't even try.

优点：交通方便，楼下地铁，虽然离哪都不近，但去哪都方便。服务过得去
雷点?：1、设施老旧，花洒只有顶喷，开的像花一样，砸的身上又痛，勉强洗澡，头只能外面洗。
2、房门没有反锁设定，感觉不安全。
3、衞生差，衞生死角多，床上有头发，床尾巾估计没换。外面走廊地毯也很脏
4、卖点是影音房，只能看电视，画质差，网络视频是没声音的。
假期五六百，不值
