  Pros&Cons : Location is within Luoyi Ancient City. Although it is nearer to the north gate it felt like the same as from the south gate. There is no direct vehicle access into the tourist place (景区). Be prepared to walk about 500m with your baggage or call in advance to the hotel for assistance. The reception lobby is 2nd level, unfortunately the escalatilor from street level wasn't working. But thanks to good service staff like XiaoShi(小石), he was helpful in bringing the baggage up. Outside the lobby were a few peacocks which were pleasing to the eyes. The package came with tea snacks, breakfast and a 3 hr experience with Hanfu （汉服体验）which is like cosplay where you dressed up in traditional chinese outfits and take photos in the ancient city. So that's great value. Special shout out to Xiaoshi who asked a few times if there's anything he could be of service. Overall a comfortable spot for cultural immersion.

  客服小石细心周到，当天下雨，看到我们从院子经过没打伞，特意安排人送伞到房间，很暖心。酒店的环境很好，很有特色

  酒店地理位置优越，有停车场，工作人员态度很好，服务也热情，有问题能及时解决。酒店设施略微老旧，酒店旁边正在施工，早上7：30就开始干活了，还是有点噪音打扰休息的。

  酒店入景区後步行10分钟左右到，5点从少林寺赶过来，办入住後就去和当地朋友聚会到10点半才回酒店，景区都要关门了，把喝醉的老公弄回房间休息，我和女儿下楼发现景区内的灯光关了。三三两两的旅拍就在仅剩的一两处灯景处打挤拍照。我们就在酒店内散步，节点设计布景清新雅致，也算完成了古城打卡。对了，房间外的遮挡竹景我很喜欢，还有几处户外座椅，在这吃烧烤啤酒很ok！

  这个酒店非常不错，无论是环境还是服务，做得都非常到位。位置也很好，在古城里麪，闹中取静！我们一家四口，在这里住了4天，感觉非常温馨，五星好评

  酒店就在古城里麪，下楼梯就是街区，晚间游园非常方便。房间很宽敞，2大2小也可以入住。旺季人多回来晚热水没了，管家青青还给协调了房间单独洗澡。 很不错的体验，下次来洛阳还住这家
