The hotel location was excellent, next to the Grand Lisboa. The hotel is very clean and professional. If you try to save money and book it for a low price, it is worth it.
However, the hotel does not give teeth cleaning products. This is the first time I have been to a hotel in China that doesn't provide.
Also, do not even both go for breakfast. The place is crowded but more importantly it has almost nothing to eat. It was the worst breakfast I have ever witnessed.
Finally, the shuttle bus service is very rare, and when I tried to learn how to take the bus, the hotel replied to my message too late and they said they do not have this kind of service.

明明已出示入住凭证，连续两天酒店前台说找不到我的Booking，要我亲自联络Trip.com客服跟进，另外床上有嘢咬，更换床单後仍有此状况。

已住几次，位置方便，装修新净，有大电视，电制和灯设备好，但发觉今次无浴缸，但似乎没分等级，有些不理想，早餐普通，大陆酒店水准，还收$500保证金似乎落後，如价格合理会再住。

先前在这里看到一些关於这个酒店不太好的评价，确实有点被吓到，差点想退订。但当晚真正入住，觉得酒店非常不错，床被都很乾净，我睡了2晚一点都没有敏感，洗手间也很乾净，没有漏水。早餐时段，餐厅面积确实不太大，但也没有排队，秩序混乱的情况出现，可能酒店在餐厅人流量方面也管理得比较好。另外，前台服务员非常好，个个都面带笑容，会说普通话，而且都很有礼貌，就连房间打扫阿姨也很有礼貌，感觉全部员工都很专业礼。这样经济的房价，又离市区这麽近，我下次去澳门一定会再住在这里。我是第一次自由行在澳门玩，感谢这个酒店为我留下了非常正面的回忆。（顺带一提，我很惊讶这个酒店竟然有印尼语频道，因为我是印尼华人，晚上回酒店能看这个频道我真的感到很开心~~谢谢喔）

hotel is new, room a bit small. Hotel staff is nice. Check in and out is fast. Breakfast food quality is fair enough although not many choices.

Hotel was lovely. Room was a bit small but we made due. Nelson at the front desk was a fantastic help with getting the bus and taxis and directions. Very good holiday stay and close to everything

Average.. its a newly hotel, so have met my expectations, new towels, linens , beds and pillows are very comfy, room looks cozy, but i didnt like the smell, restaurant needs to improve the quality of service.

Meh is my first impression to this hotel.
The Lobby was so small.
The breakfast area was so small, with only few varieties of food and less tasty ( pao, fried noodle, oat , plain porridge , sautee vegetables, toast, sausages and omelette and they only provide coffee and water for drink ), the cleaning waitress was a bit rude ( she took my empty plate before my kids finished eating , and i saw there were 2 full stacks of dining plate on the buffet table ). One time was enough, It was much better having breakfast outside the hotel.
The bedroom was standard size ( as seen on pics ). The SO NOT RECOMMENDED THING for Families esp Kids was the smoke smell in the bedroom. I and my kids were so annoyed with the smoke smell ( i assumed the exhaust was leaking the smoke from another bedroom), whereas they forbid any smoking activity inside the hotel! When i complained to the front desk about it, they can't do anything about that!! They didn't even try to check the problem or give me another room. Luckily, when i went back to my room, i met the cleaning lady in the hall. She offered to clean my room and i told her about the smoke smell, she tried her best to clear the air in the bedroom with air freshener spray, opened my room door etc. Well, it helped a little tho to clear the air. But her service act was the best of all. Amenities in the room was standard, they changed the towels everyday. Everything inside the room was clean except the air.
The location was strategic and close to hype places, such as Senado Square, New Yaohan Dept Store and Lisboa ( we can get to these places by walk ).
The hotel provides free shuttle bus to few places around , you can see the schedule in lobby ( drop off & pick up : China Dragon Hotel, Lisboa, Treasure Island, Macau Outer Harbor, The Golden Dragon Hotel, Royal Dragon Hotel , Macau Taipa Outer Harbor, etc ).

Nice place , good location, nice housekeeper. Shuttle bus service is provided from border gate to hotel. It’s convenience for tourism .
