Excellent service and I love the hotel super pretty and well maintained!! The mall is interconnected and there are many nice restaurants, in fact you do not need to leave this building at all ?? Enjoyed my time here with my friend, best hotel stay experience I ever had! ??

Hello,
I'm Imhyeongwoo who stayed for one night on Oct. 8, 2024.
I travel to many countries around the world.
I've even stayed in some of the best hotels in the world.
But I think St.Regis hotel is the best hotel in the world. I was lucky to have spent my couple's 15th wedding anniversary in Macau. Thank you for leaving me as a happy memory.
In particular, I think Chris' kindness will remain as a good memory for me forever.
I was really comfortable and happy thanks to Chris during my stay at the St. Regis Hotel. He explained me a lot of information about Macau. He allowed me to experience the best kindness that I can't experience at other hotels.
Other guests also expressed their "best(Thumbs up)" expression when Chris passed by. He is a person who gives a lot of kindness to all the guests. All the guests who meet him are lucky.
Thanks to Chris, I will come again because I have a good memory in Macau. Thank you.

St. Regis is located in the Lononder Macau. The location is very good and the check in is very smooth. Luxury hotel provides professional and sincere service. The environment is spacious and comfortable.

Nice hotel with good service. We are surprised by the 24-hour free drinks delivery to our room. Snacks were also provided. Environment is spacious and very comfortable. Very nice view from our room.

第二次入住，特意选在瑞吉过生日。感谢张经理的精心安排，还给升级了看铁塔的房间。无论从环境到服务都无可挑剔，住的很舒服。酒店的下午茶很好，就是量太大了，建议可以做成小份，避免浪费。下次体验一下早餐。希望疫情快点结束，可以再相约澳门瑞吉。中国加油??

瑞吉百年品牌历史的酒店，也是金沙城中心酒店中最新的一家，酒店服务好装修时尚大气安静舒适，管家服务到位，24小时供应奶茶咖啡只要打电话马上送到。套房用的矿泉水是依云的，服务员听说我要泡茶马上送给我10几瓶，工作人员的服务意识超强！早餐也不错，我个人比较喜欢有点西式的早餐，我是一家人去玩的很开心强烈推荐。
