环境：还不错，+钱升级的新装修的房间，房间比较大，也比较干净卫生，卫生间浴室淋浴房分开的。
服务：都还可以，就是我们带孩子有4个人，每天都还得打一次电话要洗漱用品，矿泉水。不然都只有2份！连续住了三个晚上都好好的，第四天也不知道咋了，房间灯都打不开，没电，等他们施工员修将近一小时也没好，只能让我们换房间。黑暗中整理行李换了一间同户型低楼层的，但空调特别吵，没有原来的房间静音！而且服务人员虽然态度不错，却没有任何补偿…比较失望??

酒店位置特别好就在新葡京斜对面，楼下便利店和餐饮都有。进大厅一位何姓工作人员非常热情的接待我们并介绍酒店基本讯息，预订亲子房还给小朋友送了小礼物很精致。房间服务响应速度也很快。给我的感觉澳门服务意识特别强，有宾至如归的感觉。亲子房很温馨，床够大能睡两人，厕所也大，家人都说舍不得走。早餐丰富，是这几天吃的最舒服的，中西兼备。下次还来，还要推荐给朋友！好评！

Hotel kindly upgraded us so that the group of us can be on the same level. We got a newly renovated room, very spacious and beds are comfortable. All toiletries provided.
The old town is just a 10mins walk away, and along the way you will pass by the famous Margaret de Nata egg tart cafe.
Tip: Hotel is nearby Lisboa Macau, so you can take the Lisboa free shuttle and walk over.

Free flow of mineral water, newly renovated. Breakfast, so so. Booked 3 rooms and have been arranged all in the same level.

Luckily they allow us to change to the renovated rooms. Super nice newly built specially the washroom. But the breakfast buffet not so good.

The hotel is near Grand Lisboa and Hotel Lisboa, so we can take a free shuttle bus from the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. Room is big and clean. We need to deposit $300 during check-in, and they will refund you upon check-out.

Review for Hotel Beverley Plaza
I had an overall pleasant stay at Hotel Beverley Plaza. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing plenty of comfort during my visit. However, despite being a non-smoking room, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was a bit off-putting.
The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from the iconic Grand Lisboa, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

It's my hubby's birth month and they have decorated the room prior to our arrival. Also gave us a free red wine for celebration. The most amazing part of the room is the free foot massaging machine. Coming from Beijing with my feet still aching from the Great wall hike this machine surely helps ease my foot pain. The hotel is walking distance to Grand Lisboa, Wynn and very accessible to San malo and other tourist spots. Lastly I need to mention they have really really great choices for breakfast and the restaurant is so clean and well decorated. Making our breakfast experience really good and food are very delicious. ????
