IHG会员预订体验非常好，前台Sandy的服务非常好，根据我的要求很耐心帮忙找到了合适的房间，景色优美，还帮忙升级了房间延迟退房。酒店早餐非常丰富，出行也非常方便，由于下雨出租车不多，大堂的小哥哥非常耐心帮忙叫车，总之很多细节都很贴心，下次还会选择皇冠假日酒店。

从拱北口岸关口到酒店非常便利。打车6分钟。酒店每天都有班车送到关口，很准时，前台都有时刻表。关口有很多**车到市区，都是免费的，很方便。酒店房间比较大，同等星级算优惠的，性价比很高，入住体验很好。下次从珠海过关，还住这里。

皇冠假日的标准配置，和澳门那些大型新酒店不能比，但地点离关闸很近，也有酒店巴士送去拱北。如果想去氹仔或者其他大酒店，可以先坐酒店大巴去关闸坐其他**车。不过，价格有点奇怪，提前半个多月预订的价格反而比当天入住要贵。

From the moment, we arrived the service was spot on. The staff were helpful, approachable, had a lot of energy and they were happy to assist with any and everything. The room waa spacious and extremely clean. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options to choose from. We will definitely visit again.

I had a very good experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!!!

Standard room with an extra bed on, the Hotel offers a seaview room upgrade for us.
The seaview is now a but interrupted by construction sites along the seafront.
Spacious amenities, with catering, indoor infinity pool and a cozy gym on 17/F.
Corridors are like a maze.

Perfect stay, thanks for the guys at front desk for the tips about the best activities around Macau city center. Location great, as usual one of the best breakfast you can have.
