The experience is good. Reception is not that professional and they’re not very responsive in phone calls dialed thru the phone’s room. Food is not delicious and very limited food choices. No other restaurants nearby so there’s no other options available. First time experience is ok but will think twice if will repeat again. Maybe if they improve their service, amenities and food. It’s ok for family trips too since it’s located beside ocean park.

We checked in last 8th October.
Front desk lady personnel was unfriendly and not willing to listen to customer concerns! We booked the family room with complimentary entry to the Waterpark, including two children below 7 years old. She refused to provide vouchers for both children and kept insisting that there was a height limitation, which was not indicated in my booking! It is clearly stated that the complimentary entry is for both adults and children booked in the room, at least below 12 years old!
She didn’t want to listen, pretended not to hear us, and proceeded to entertain other customers already!! and completely ignored us without even checking the details of our booking confirmation! She only gave in when my sister called to explain everything to her—only then did she give us the passes for the Waterpark, and with a very unhappy face!
I don’t think we’ll be booking here again, as it made us feel like we had to beg for the complimentary entry, which was supposed to be a good gesture from the hotel! We purposely paid extra for our booking to include the children, yet the staff made us feel like a nuisance when we were checking in!
Also, the deposit fee indicated was 2,000 pesos only, but upon check-in, they insisted it was already 3,000 pesos! To avoid any further discussion, we just provided the said amount. The policy and booking confirmation details should be properly aligned to avoid confusion for customers!

非常独特的房间。虽然无窗，水族鱼缸是亮点和特色。晚上鱼缸熄灯，不会影响休息。鱼竟然黑暗条件下也游来游去。酒店位置也很好，离老城比较近。

Check-in is not efficient and took a long time. The aquarium is really cool and you could watch the fish all day. Unfortunately, my friend had a minor allergic reaction to the dust in the room and we maybe could have lived with that if a cockroach didn’t also crawl on her face while trying to sleep. That was followed by a cockroach crawling across feet in the bathroom and popping out of the water heater when going to make morning coffee. We checked out early.

i think they are under staffed but the entire stay was okay. we enjoyed the aqua park

Customer service/receptionist not so attentive. Their hotline no one answering also. The room got cockroaches. But its good for a different experience but not to be recommended. A lot of good hotels with the same price.

THINGs to IMPROVE for me are..
1. Sana madali silang kontakin, kasi i've been trying to call them like 50x thru phone and trip app pero walang sumasagot. May concern kasi ako sa booking ko.
2. Sana may tao sa drop off, like grabe kaloka, kailangan mo pang umakyat sa lobby (3rd floor) para lang kumuha ng cart at mag-ask ng help para sa gamit, may phone naman na available sa drop off kaso wala ding kwenta kasi walang nasagot.
3. Yung sa shower, pag naliligo ka lumalabas sa glass door yung water.
4. Aside sa toilet paper wala nang extra tissue sa sink.
5. Medyo mahabo at madumi yung ref.
Other Note is yung swimming pool ay outside the hotel you have to pass through at maglakad sa mga guest ng ocean park ticketing booth - so kung mag-swimming kayo that is something you can consider
But overall, nag-enjoy naman kami especially yung anak ko, he likes to look yung mga isda.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The free tickets in the aqua park and ocean park are really good deals! It was a memorable experience.
