这已经是我第二次入住RAMADA～感谢经理Alex以及Jeff其他客服人员～依旧是保持着熟悉亲切的笑容和热忱的服务态度！我很喜欢也很享受这里舒适的氛围！生活机能也都非常的方便！我非常乐意推荐给我的家人及朋友！下次再来菲律宾一定也是选择住在这里！??SALAMABO~

Ramada has always been amazing. We stayed there last year and we were blown away by how great their costumer service is, that's why we returned. Almost a year later and their customer service did not change. Pao, Rea, Dein & Jeff were hospitable, courteous and easy to talk to. Initially, I booked the dates from Nov 24-25. However I thought I booked it from 23-24. When we arrived, they were having problems looking for my booking, when we realized my mistake, they did what they could to still find us a room. We were accommodated with the best attitude! Truly amazing. Looking forward to our third visit!

乾净整洁，交通方便，附近还有个很有名的教堂，里面的服务人员也很友好，见到就会给你打招呼，出门也会给你开门，总之，都很热情

来回卢内塔公园的定时班车服务:交通非常便利，适合出游商旅，在中国城里麪，旁边很多中国饭店，味道也不错

Stayed for one night. Location is perfect, just beside the Binondo church. Lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. Metro station is also around 800m away only.
Room is clean, but the chair seems to be placed on a weird place and can block the way going to the other side of the bed.
Airconditioner works very well and was very cold. Could have been better if air direction can be adjusted as you will feel the air blowing to your head.
Bed is comfortable, but the comforter is too short and cannot cover your whole body.
TV is nice and has lots of international channels, but brightness was a bit too dark.
Strong shower water pressure and stable temperature
Room wifi is not 100 percent stable.
Hotel lobby is nice but a bit hot. Maybe the airconditioner was malfunctioning.
Service is very good, and very friendly.
Overall it was a good stay and a good choice if you want to stay within Chinatown, and would recommend!

It was not as I expected. The charge per day is very expensive and it was not the best service I got. I worked in a 5 star hotel yet it wasn’t even half of the service. The bed is itchy and it feels like bed bugs , and the garbage the leave it on the side . When asked for water it took forever to arrive. They didn’t refill my toilet paper. ?Asked to put some paper , they didn’t and bell service took forever.
