Lovely historic hotel, good sized and very comfortable rooms. We asked for the historic wing, which I recommend. Huge breakfast buffet. The downside was the aircon was absolutely freezing in the rooms, even after having it turned off for 2 days! The marble floor in the bathroom so cold! I wanted to visit the heritage museum, but it was only available with a guide.

Although in new building
Still toilet and room is old fashioned have “old” smell

Front Desk staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly...went above and beyond.....bar staff were awesome as well, room was a little small, but worked great for us, ..it was quite and comfortable with an ocean front view that had an beautiful view of the beach ,water and sunrise

My family and I had a truly memorable stay at The Manila Hotel from October 17–19, 2025. We stayed in a Club Room with access to the Executive Lounge, which also came with upgraded amenities that made our experience even more comfortable and special. Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional. The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and sincere care stood out the most. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick, Ms. Roxette, Mr. Jared, Ms. Lycel, Ms. Hershey, Ms. Ann, and Ms. Chesca from the Executive Lounge for their attentiveness and gracious service. Their kindness added a lovely touch to our stay. The Housekeeping Team was also excellent, respectful, efficient, and very thorough. Every staff member we met embodied the genuine Filipino hospitality The Manila Hotel is known for. The experience was seamless, heartfelt, and truly world-class. Maraming salamat, The Manila Hotel! I look forward to returning soon.

The service staff could not hide their rudeness. The concierge was very rude about my late checkout. Paid the fee, and then asked for some tine to make sure everythjng was pacmed (i woke up late from my nap). We would ask about when the best time is for breakfast, and we would be asked condescendingly what is our concern, why are we asking. I asked for 30 minutes, theg said they can only give me 15 minutes. They would treat me like a runaway guest. I would tell them to charge it to my room so I can pay for it on checkout. They would refuse. They held the other guest over at one of the restaurants like they would not believe we would pay our fees, i had to go back to my room after their food upset my stomach.
I went to the champagne room from the good reviews. Some guests with no business there was being attended to by all the staff. They were blocking the way. I had a reservation and was ignored.
The pool is mid, the overhead shower does not really work, the food is also just okay.

Ho girato tantissimi alberghi in special modo Jesolo dove amo trascorrere i weekend.che dire dopo tanto finalmente un albergo eccezzionale In primis la fentilezza del personale reception e sala Camera un po piccolina ma una terrazza sul mare meravigluosa e prossimamente cerchero solo questa....la colazione al top mentre la cena favolosa uno chef da non farselo scappare bravissimi alla prossima

Torneremo sicuramente perché lo staff è la vera anima del Manila! A partire da Incoronata che col suo sorriso appena arrivi ti fa sentire in vacanza. Da Leandro a Luna che ci hanno fatto passare delle ferie fantastiche Gledis e Gian che con la loro gentilezza e premura ti fanno sempre stare a tuo agio.Ciro!!! Col suo sorriso partenopeo che ti fa fare sempre 2 risate in fine Rosaria la regina indiscussa della Cucina che abbiamo voluto conoscere per complimentarci prima di partire Un grande Staff una bella famiglia Spero di poterci tornare l’anno prossimo Grazie
