服务：没什么服务可言
设施：看的出来硬件设施都是很好的，只是后期维护太差
衞生：带孩子出行，本来以为选一个好的酒店衞生各方面都安心一些，没想到衞生真的是前所未有的差，没有住过比这个酒店更差的衞生了，房间地毯非常脏，马桶就更不説了，盖子上全是屎尿黄的，拍了照片去找前台，直接説洗不乾净让我套个马桶垫用，更恶心的是晚上10点过回酒店收拾睡觉，整理床铺这些发现，有个榻榻米上面被子有血迹，两个浴巾当的枕头在上面全部是很长的头发，很明显房间这些根本没有换过，想着自己带了被套，酒店也没服务可言，投诉也没用，影响孩子，茂县是个好地方，但是没想到所谓茂县的高端酒店是这样的。

Location is good. Near to sightseeing area.
Food - dinner / breakfast are good. Sometimes there's no seat due to crowds of group travelers.
Surrounding cleanliness could improve. Corridors to rooms need vacuuming.
Good value for money.

The design of the hotel is nice. It's good for viewing the gate opening ceremony in the morning as it's inside the scenic spot. The room keeps us warm enough. The surrounding is so beautiful. The only disadvantage will be getting food as it is not so convenient. Breakfast is provided though.

Good and clean hotel but not easy to go to hotel because is located on middle of mountain.
Night View is very beautiful.
