跨年后悔选了这里，二次来，比第一次还要差，服务真是不一般的差！连哄带骗的，一千多的价格，广州开车去三个多小时，真没必要，这价格广州周边一两个小时车程温泉度假酒店的选择太太多了……不推荐不推荐！！！

The overall staying experience was good. Spacious room with hot spring outdoor, 24 hours gym room, swimming pool, there’s performance every night at 9pm over the garden lasts for almost one hour and you can choose to watch inside your room. The only part to improve would be the shuttle bus, there’s too few rides per day and you may have to share the seats with other visitors.

第一次到酒店，很有度假的感觉。
房间也超级大，露台温泉出水快，又热。
整个酒店的园区超好玩，晚上九点半还有半小时的沉浸式演出，在房间就可以看了。
房间的设施齐全，用料扎实。
非常感谢前台小婷的认真服务，入住期间前前后后事无钜细都有回覆。
双早双晚的配置，令两日的旅途都可以不用考虑太多，专心休息就好。

Average facility, the hot spring is good.
Location is far from city centre but there is daily shuttle bus connecting hotel and the train station.

First things first I’d like to thank the administrators of the hotel for keeping it high??
We enjoyed the services provided to us, from helping to find our room, a shop to buy swimsuit to helping organize a gift for birthday during our stay??
The evening show with Chinese traditional dance and ballet was another pleasant surprise for us. Clean and well organized room kept us from worrying about the atmosphere and it was amazing.
The fresh air, wonderful view, we will be happy to come here again!

It is a nice hotel in a beautiful but remote location that suits self driving. Hailing a ride is a challenge
Not much to do in rainy season so really for hard core hot spring fans or people wanting a peaceful get-away to do nothing
Transfer to high-speed rail station only twice a day on a little tired old van so don’t expect a Sheraton worthy experience
Staff are helpful and friendly though some can do with more training. Management is a bit too hands off and perhaps need to step up the game a bit on guest experience overall
Pockets of surprises such as the night show on the lake and morning tai chi lesson on the hill.
Food very average with 50% of the food served at buffet dinner being the same as breakfast. Can consider introducing more local specialties and educate guests about them

This is a most satisfying experience. The hotel's design is very unique and the scenery is beautiful. The hot spring water is natural, making my skin smooth after soaking. I'm quite grateful to the lobby manager, Lv. He's warm and generous, with attentive and meticulous service. Always thinking from the guests' perspective, he offered me lots of help. I'll surely come again when passing by next time.
