房间很大，设施完备，有开阔的视野眺望梅州山水，衞生间既有浴缸，又有淋浴，十分方便，有单独的健身房和洗衣房，太贴心了。40号工作人员十分热情周到，每一位工作人员都值得点赞，最值的是送了双早，在二十八楼旋转餐厅，真的会转哦！价格十分美丽，还等啥，还不赶紧下单！

梅州市旧城区的地标建筑
高层有旋转餐厅早餐会在那边食 选择颇拖有，即煮腌面
房间宽敞望到江景
可能想私隐度较高，灯光校暗窗边玻璃贴有波点贴
性价比高，如果想住在旧城区及邻近往返香港的直通巴士是最佳选择

服务没得説，应该是老员工，服务自然周道，当然也不乏一些老员工的傲娇。我不喜欢被打扰的感觉，就是那种过分主动的热情服务，在我询问的时候可以提供服务即可。这里就是。
想当年这个酒店应该也很高傲的吧，不夸张地説，这个酒店的硬件在十几年前不逊于北京上海的top五星酒店的，五星酒店标准设施一应俱全，地理位置和景色绝佳。然而，老了就是老了，深色的门和家俱严重三十年前的审美啊，中间应该升级改造过，然而底子在那里，修修补补也很难力挽狂澜了，所以房价和酒店本身该有的价值反差太大，光靠旅游团队拼出租率，平均房价低到奶奶底裤当掉。
吐槽电梯和早餐。我的妈呀，第一天从地下车库上大堂，等了20分钟电梯也没从上边下来，幸好这里层高低，我走楼梯上一楼办完入住，老公还在地下一层等着…我们一起拎行李上大堂走另一处电梯上了房间；我的妈呀早餐，可怕????????????第一天啥都没有了，刚九点也不补充了，豆浆红茶咖啡之流稀的颜色淡淡而且没有味道…只能吃吃大馒头煮鸡蛋白粥咸菜……比我在家吃得都简单…腌麪和汤粉还是看到有别的客人点才跑去窗口加一份，否则都不知道，因为窗口的告示牌反着放，根本不知道窗口里边提供啊…水果就是橙子切瓣……这个早餐和这个价位不般配了…
这个酒店如果早餐好一些，浴缸上的水龙头不动来动去固定好，台盆不会莫名其妙漏一地水，大堂没有随便抽烟搞得蛮大堂烟味，电梯效率好一些不会一个坏掉我住三天也没修好，价格可以再略提一提的。可惜了这个项目

酒店地理位置优越就在老街梅江边，虽然是老城但周边很便利尤其老街骑楼的融入把老街带入有历史感，人口不多很安静。客家人都很和善和街头商家交流顺畅，如骑车周围景点很方便到达，梅州值得再来梅江很美，强烈推荐。

设施：设施还是比较齐全的，有浴缸，就是玻璃幕墙有贴膜有点可惜了，不然楼层高江景房景观应该不错！好在28楼360度旋转餐厅可以去看日出日落！
衞生：还行！
环境：位置好，离古城近，还可以去江边散步！
服务：早餐看着挺丰富，材料也不错，就是味道还要继续改进，就是感觉“有料，到没味道！”

Checked in late afternoon after the supposed check-in time, but was told the room which I had booked was not ready, unless I wanted the room with the shower in the bathtub. We waited close to 1-1.5hr for the room to be ready. The ladies at the reception definitely need more training for customer service. Corridor is always full of cigarette smell. Room size is decent with a great view of the river. The aircon temp seems to be not working that well in summer. The room is always warm even though the temp is set to be quite low.

Super accommodating check in, especially being foreign. The bathtub was quite deep and the bed was super comfy. Would happily stay here the next time I’m visiting!

Great location as it is near the walking street, convenient store opposite, and some shops around too.
We booked 4 rooms on a non-smoking floor, however in 1 of the room- we found cigarette butts in the corner of the toilet upon check in. When we told the receptionist, he doesn’t seem to be apologetic to the situation. We asked for a room cleaning to be done after. The windows of all our rooms were not locked which was a little dangerous as we had a child with us, then we told them to have it locked up for safety purpose.
Room wise- it is generally clean, tidy and sufficient. Doesn’t seem to be old room and room is big.
Other than the cigarette incident, i think this place is Suitable for families to stay.

A very nice, calm, spacy and comfortable room in a very good location close to the river and main Walking Street, although the hotel is not very new. Walking distance to some of the city's major attractions. Good value to price ratio.
