Honestly I was quite disappointed at my stay at the White Swan hotel. When I initially checked-in, I found the hotel room to be quite spacious and nice. However, soon problems started to mount. The first is trying to find the cloth washers, which is located at an obscure location on the top floor. It seemed abandoned so I didn’t use it. I also tried using their gym, which is also located at a strange location that is accessible through the 3rd floor. The floor was pitch black and I felt scared. When I went back there in the morning, I found the doors to the gym to be locked. So I couldn’t use that either. This hotel makes the same mistake as most other hotels in mainland China: have enough amenities to be a 4/5-star hotel, but the amenities are just not good enough. The room is definitely old. The carpet had numerous cigarette stains. The tables had stain as well. The towels were thin. Also the location is quite far from restaurants. Overall the location is just not at the heart of Meizhou. I would choose something closer to the eastern part of town next time.

This was our second time staying at White Swan, very nice hotel, great breakfast (both Hakka and western options ) and the restaurant serves some delicious Hakka dishes .
The staff are very helpful and it’s located close to the old street.
Great hotel for both tourists and overseas Hakka to stay.

White Swan Guest House Meizhou is not that close to Meizhou old street but within walking distance. The hotel main hall looks grand. They are breakfast is good. Price of this hotel is reasonable. We stay in the business suite with river view. The room is big and the river view is great.
Highly recommend if you want to visit Meizhou.

酒店位置很好，就在江边，大门外就有一条很长的市民休闲健身都绿道，散步很舒服。房间比较宽敞，就是沙发布局不太合理。

酒店就剑英纪念大桥桥堍旁，过大桥数分钟即可进入嘉应古城狂街，早晚沿梅江步道看河景挺享受的。房间装修虽久，但无明显瑕疵，早餐是纯梅州特色，给予点赞??

办理入住的前台小姐姐面无表情，一副爱住不住的样子，可能看到我们是在携程订的套餐吧。我们下午3点多办理入住，问有没有高一点的楼层，直接就説没有了。房间挺宽敞的，但是地毯很多污渍，冲着白天鹅的名字去住的，挺失望的。不过窗外能看到梅江和剑英纪念大桥，景观还是可以的，让送瓶装水也是很快送上来，这个值得表扬一下。

酒店位置不错，梅江边，开车过来停车方便，去嘉应古城步行街不算太远（步行过剑英纪念大桥）。酒店环境衞生乾净，工作人员服务热情。早餐有特色，来梅州旅游、办事，该酒店是不错的选择。

看了旅游博主推荐带妈妈来体验一下，博主去的时候下车前台帮忙搬行李，但我们去并没这项服务。地理位置很好，吃完晚饭江边走走佷舒服，去老街佷方面。有欢迎水果。衞生一般般，有些地方老旧了。比较不满的是楼板薄，楼上的隔声比较差，刚好碰上楼上住了小孩，晚上11点半还赤脚跑步，午睡的时候跑，凌晨六点多又跑，跟前台小姐姐反映，想让她们劝告一下，为了不想得罪住户，结果让我们搬去别的房间，我拒绝了，因为要搬行李，要收拾，不幸的是第二晚噪音继续。这点让我比较介意
