Onsen Papawaqa is a well designed, clean, and pleasant place. Overpriced for what it is. Ask for a room in the main building, we were put in 2nd building across the road, which is the carpark actually! Not near any major attractions, so if you come to this hotel just stay put. Restaurant is okay. Onsen is modern and outdoors, quite fun. Service is above average. ,"Well-designed"

酒店在山里，顺着地势而建，日式风格房间都有温泉泡汤，室外无边泳池面向山谷中的一条溪流，天然氧吧，融入自然之中。服务有待提高，早餐也是很少的选择，体验一次就够了。

飯店設施豐富 ，服務人員態度佳， 房間很乾淨空間也很大， 早餐很豐富， 但是位置比較偏僻建議自行開車前往 ，在傍晚的時候小黑蚊會很多，記得帶防蚊液免的腿變咬成紅豆冰。

有点远，从高铁站打车大概一个小时到酒店，1000台币的士费，回程酒店帮忙约的的士则是1200台币。酒店本身的设计还不错，不过已经有点年久陈旧之感了，自助餐很一般，房间很潮湿。恋人去可能会觉得很私密和浪漫。最加分的是服务。

環境非常棒，溫泉水洗起來滑滑的很舒服，晚餐自助餐很好吃，有很棒的泳池，可惜下雨沒用到。

整體環境不錯 很清幽 有設計感 房間內浴缸非常非常大
房間內部有點太暗
早餐選擇可能因為住客數不多所以選擇上有限
且樓梯很多 對於老人小孩來說較危險

The hotel is located in the mountains and it took just over an hour from MiaoLi High Speed Rail station to get to the hotel, with help of transfer bus and hotel shuttle. The photos shown can be somewhat deceiving as the hotel is relatively small and the public hot pools are small and not too hot (max 40-42C). However, the private spa/tube in the hotel room is great. I personally prefer hotter pools so that may just be me. Didnt book dinner in advance so the restaurant was unfortunately full for the day. Luckily theres two restaurants nearby so wouldnt complain. Massage by Miko (I think thats her name) was great, highly recommend. Staff were overall friendly with one or two not acting to par but wouldnt say that their service is poor in general.
