该酒店管理非常细致周到，乾净衞生，环境优美，位置就在东方韵旁边，个人感觉酒店比东方韵还美。淡季而且是非周末客人不多，酒店很贴心地帮升级了万花筒景观房，房间可以看到日出，非常赞??。（我上传的照片全是在酒店里拍的）

东方韵景区的美景这家酒店占了半壁江山，工作人员的服务水准也颇具豪华酒店范儿，可以説训练有素，待人接物礼貌热情得体。房间雅致，阳台外的风景就是一幅画。只是酒店整体画画偏暗，电梯楼层灯暗得要人凑上去才看得清数字，这对我们这种眼神不好的人实在有些不友好。

非常有设计感的酒店，风景优美。最难得的是退房后离开两三个小时，才发现钱包不见了，身份证银行卡各种，非常着急，抱着试试看的心态打电话给前台，结果半小时后接到电话居然在停车场找到了。这里要特别感谢前台的小丁，非常的认真负责，帮忙想办法邮寄各种……
总之难忘的旅程，还会再来的！

这次在弥勒入住的东风韵美憬阁酒店，整体体验挺让人惊喜的。
先説最直观的感受，环境是真的好，设计很有特色，融入了当地的艺术氛围，不管是公共区域还是房间，都让人觉得舒服放松。服务也很到位，工作人员态度热情，响应及时，有需求总能很快帮忙解决。
酒店离东风韵景区特别近，这点太加分了，而且还提供免费的电瓶车接送，来回景区方便又省心。
不过要説小缺点，就是位置确实有点偏，周边没什么像样的餐馆，想出去觅食不太方便。好在酒店里的餐饮做得还不错，菜品味道和种类都能满足需求，索性就在酒店解决，体验也挺好。
另外提一下酒店的免费摄影服务，説是送5张照片，但是想要多要几张就得额外付费，价格还不低，感觉性价比一般，真不如自己提前找个网红旅拍来得自在划算，这点稍微有点让人失望。
总体来説，冲着环境、服务和离景区近的优势，还是很值得推荐的，尤其适合想安安静静度假、主要逛东风韵景区的朋友。

很不错的酒店，有设计感的同时也在认真做服务。
从大堂到各个房间都有观光车车接车送，礼宾部非常负责礼貌。
床品舒适整洁，衞生间的设计在房间美观设计的基础上也做了支持私隐隔离的设计。
三个人出行所以备注了需要加床，在到店前就帮忙加好了。
私汤池也做了消毒，使用的舒服又安心。从房间泡汤就可以看到对面的东风韵，非常巴适！
小建议是餐饮选项如果再多一点会更好。
东风韵特色小镇门票和观光车票:酒店观光车直接可以实现景区接送，非常方便。
旅拍5张电子快修照片（需提前预约）:照片质量很高，摄影师很专业??，构图和动作指导都很到位，喜欢到花钱买了额外的底片。

从下车之后行李送房、退房、去东风韵景区，恰好都遇见小龚开电瓶车服务我们，还主动提出帮我们退房，服务很好；本来以为套餐里面有包温泉，前台小姐姐们知道之后温馨建议我们去隔壁的沐心谷，也是电瓶车接送，某评某团上可买；还有房间衞生员舒姐留下了暖心卡，留意到我们爱喝茶（酒店居然还有陶瓷茶具！）多给我们留了几瓶水。还有套餐免费带5张酒店内拍摄，情侣出行放松收获了漂亮出片官摄。陶艺室的杨静静老师指导我们做了陶瓷，第一次摸泥巴一对二是很特别的体验，付费有性价比。总体来説很棒的酒店！

来弥勒旅游就是为了这家东风韵美憬阁精选酒店，CCD设计，全球100家设计感酒店抬头让酒店控忍不住想一探究竟。
提前预订了万花筒景观房，送东风韵景区门票，观光车票，早餐，事实证明这是一个非常对的决定，因为我发现从自己房间阳台拍万花筒比在景区拍还要好看。
酒店自己其实就是一个景点，红砖城堡造型拍照很出片，酒店户外泳池也是打卡东风韵的最佳机位，助你轻松拍出大片。
整个酒店客房共分6幢楼，去哪都可以呼叫礼宾车接送，也不会等很久，非常方便。礼宾车还可以直接送你到东风韵景区，玩好后再打电话让酒店来接就好，很方便，不费退。
客房楼层不高，不过隔音不错，床品也很舒适，用的洗护产品也不错，味道好闻。客房唯一缺点不是智能马桶，做了美甲按起来麻烦一点。
第二天早餐味道非常不错，有弥勒特色羊肉，卤鸡米线，华夫饼，班尼迪都有，各种鲜榨果汁，种类丰富。还有服务员现场派发萝卜丝饼和梅乾菜饼，这个早餐推荐入住一定要吃，选择多，口味好。
酒店有中餐厅，西餐厅，酒吧，这次入住只体验了早餐，其他没有时间体验，下次如果再来弥勒，一定是为了这家酒店，服务真的很好，住的也舒服，推荐哦。

Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations.
The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite.
It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel.
A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger.
Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process.
A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution.
The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself.
Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.

晚上的景色真的令人心动??，现在11月晚上会有点冷了。房间正对东风韵，所以景色美得説了。酒店内景也是随手出大片，从你一下车门，行李有专门帮你负责带上酒店，对于带小孩出游的家人来説真的很重要。简直解放双手了，谢谢吴甜小美女的办理入住手续快正齐，还送孩子登机牌了。小孩可喜欢了。晚上直接就房内就餐，辛苦小哥小美女送上来了。早餐也是很丰富。酒店内部有专门的观光车直送到景区内部。这次旅程非常满意，因你们的服务到位??

This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.
