房间很一般，特别小。客房服务很好，但是前台极差，500的自助晚餐水准很低，只能説相当于一般五星酒店的早餐，品种和味道都一般。最差的是酒店的前台服务，otaxi不允许进入酒店大堂前，必须接驳车带着客人去大门口接车进来，这一点真是匪夷所思，六千一晚的房价应该説5500付给了沙滩。和阿布扎比的丽兹卡尔顿完全是两个水准。

酒店服务非常好 提前安排了入住 延迟了三个小时退房 早餐非常丰富品质很高 室外恒温泳池紧邻沙滩 风景很美 退潮后沙滩旁边的礁石能看到很多海洋生物 孩子特别开心

We really enjoyed our stay at the Al bustan. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Stunning hotel with great amenities. Stunning views and ladies facilities.
We did the half board option and enjoyed the different cuisines each night. Would highly recommend

The location is absolutely stunning and with great facilities. Just note that the hotel has an old vibe. If you are looking for something modern this is the wrong address. Other than that it's a beautiful property, friendly staff, decently sized rooms and a great beach to walk along.

The hotel offers outstanding facilities, particularly for families. The heated swimming pool is of excellent quality, and the outdoor garden area is truly exceptional, beautifully maintained with elegant palm trees that create a very relaxing atmosphere.
The spa experience was remarkable, with highly skilled and professional therapists delivering outstanding treatments. In addition, the sports and leisure facilities are very well designed and perfectly suited for families, allowing both adults and children to fully enjoy the stay.
These elements greatly contributed to the quality and enjoyment of our experience.

Sans doute le meilleur h?tel dans lequel j’ai séjourné. Tout était parfait du check in au check out, une le?on d’hospitalité que seul les meilleurs palaces du monde peuvent offrir. Avec ma compagne, nous repartons émerveillés du séjour. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable. Bref foncez

Долго выбирала отель перед первой своей поездкой в Оман. Первые три дня мы путешествовали по стране, а после четыре дня отдыхали на побережье, одну ночь в одном отеле ближе к центру Маската и три в этом прекрасном отеле. Нет слов, чтобы описать насколько прекрасным был наш отдых в этом отеле, местоположение его, сервис, еда, номера - все замечательно, очень не хотелось уезжать. Теперь очень хочется вернуться в этот отель и пожить в нем недели две, жаль только одно - цена все же высокая) Но, несмотря на это, мы обязательно еще раз приедем сюда отдыхать, пусть не на две недели, но дней на пять точно! Это лучший отель Омана!!
