全国自驾走遍了2/3个中国，本次入住的这家5星级可谓是让我哭笑不得。

环境：位置好 市中心区域到哪都方便 美食小吃很多 停车位充足

设施：很陈旧 完全脱离当下主流5星级酒店装修设施标准
重点吐槽：原计划住两晚，入住几小时后果断联系携程客服帮助把第二天的房间退了，原因居然是5星级酒店中央空调不制热，酒店前台无法解决，最后值班工作人员给我们送来一个取暖器。

如果説哪点配得上五星级，可能只有早餐，早餐品种丰富。
总结：目前为止入住体验最差的一次，希望酒店能重视住客的反应，冬天空调不制热不是玩笑。

酒店环境高雅舒适温馨，酒店早晚餐，食材搭配营养，非常丰富，在室内设计还有旋转座椅，观看江西省南昌市整体室外观观景，高端大气的风格搭配，地理位置也繁华，周边小吃环境也热闹非凡！居住感很不错??

Very spacious room, feels like a luxury hotel. A bit aged, some details not perfect like the light controls and power outlets. Huge bathroom and amazing panoramic view from the breakfast restaurant

Very grateful to the counter lady who let us check in early. The room was much dimmer compared to photo which is disappointing. It’s an old hotel, therefore the amenities were worn, but nothing serious and the staff quickly addressed any issues. Great overall and will rebook

An aging 5 stars hotel. Staff service is very good. Room overall is acceptable but would be perfect if they revamp the doors and floors. Overall we are satisfied with our stay .

This top revolving hotel is well located in the older part of Nanchang. It’s a block from the night “ walking street” & 2 blocks from thousand bless palace food place. Good 10 minutes walking distance to local tourist attraction “ King Teng palace” by the River. Breakfast is good but not spectacular, only one option for coffee though. Top feature was the revolving restaurant though a little aged , is still an attraction. I believe this hotel can do better to enhance its image through a little modernization. Lighting controls in our room is a little confusing. Thermostat cooling was not favourable at times, heating for bathing water can be a little delayed at times. Other than that, all was well.

this hotel is too old，we lived at 19th floor，no hot water have to make all the water runs about more than 40 minutes before showering.

Love this place! First they upgraded my room to a river view, without additional fee, what a beautiful scene! Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly front staff, service staff, and banquet servers. If you have any requests they deal with them super fast. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!
