衞生：不知道怎麽説，大家看图片，不是恶意差评，入住这麽多酒店以来，第一次碰到这种衞生情况，我以为我住的是招待所，打电话让阿姨过来换枕头套，第一句话居然是问枕头是不是从衣柜上面拿下来的备用枕头，怎麽？备用枕头你们不换的对吗，有血也是正常的对吗？後面终於知道打扫衞生阿姨为什麽会这麽问，因为店长第一句话也是这麽问的，原来你们平时就是这麽培训的，发现枕头上有血不是第一时间向顾客致歉，而是反问是不是备用枕头，备用枕头不是拿来睡的吗。凌晨五点多被痒醒，脖子上不知道被什麽东西咬了，还好第一时间我们有拍照片，不然你们都得説我们是来碰瓷的了，当天晚上没有睡好，早上才睡着，中午醒来去前台办理退房反馈问题，前台给我的答覆是周日值班经理没有上班，要等周一，也并没有让我当时去医院检查，周日当晚八点多值班经理打电话説房费只能打8.5折，後经过一系列反映，又説打7.5折，再大的权限，要向店长汇报，等到周一店长联系我们以後，説只能打7折，并且责怪我们消费者为何过了这麽多天都不去医院，我想问，过了多少天，周日到周一过了多少天，而且作为消费者，我们是去玩的，我为了一件这种事情要推掉我後面的所有行程去医院，你们酒店能否承担所有损失，而且後续我需要工作，没有多余时间去医院，店长态度及其恶劣，没有第一时间承认酒店的衞生问题，反而责怪消费者不第一时间去医院开证明，我想问问凌晨五点多，累了一天不用休息的吗
环境：周围在施工，酒店大堂在16楼，电梯得等个半天，其实就是在一栋公寓里的一个小酒店，价格浮动很大，大家订的时候要多选择一下日期对比，看看自己是不是韭菜，锦江都城一生拉黑

酒店位置很好，去哪都方便，在市中心又很安静，服务也很好，很贴心，酒店环境设施也好，给朋友拍了几张照很出片，哈哈，下次还来

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I highly recommend this hotel!

Your assistance went beyond the call of duty and I admire and respect you and the dedication you have to your work. The receptionists were extremely nice and helpful. Thank you! The hotel has a nice location. The room was nice and I got a room with a nice view. I will stay here again!
