酒店位于红谷滩区，属于南昌新区，离秋水广场很近，与滕王阁隔江相望。如果想要离景区近些，那还是住八一广场的比较方便，当然喜来登楼下就有地铁2号线，2号线转1号线不到半小时就能到滕王阁和万寿宫等核心景区，还是比较方便的。入住前客服MELODY就加了WX了解我对房间的需求，并且帮忙升级了江景房，整个酒店的服务员也都态度亲切，但我还是想説，好歹是南昌TOP的五星级酒店之一，房间硬件到位但软件怎么能这么简陋，洗漱用品不提供润肤露和刮胡刀也罢，我还是第一次见五星级酒店免费茶饮只有两个茶包，连一个速溶咖啡都没有的，小冰箱也是全空的，是怕客人喝了拒付款吗？这点感受非常不好，希望酒店在细节上不要因小失大，白白流失喜来登的忠实拥护者。

The room has a large area, is clean and tidy, and the check-in process is fast and convenient
Easy to communicate in English as a foreigner and staff is very friendly and helpful
The front desk staff are enthusiastic and smiling, felt warm in a foreign land and helped a lot during the stay.

Nice and comfortable. Sometimes being a westerner in China it is a little hard, but this hotel was good. The breakfast was also good, especially the coffee.

The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.
