Nice river view from room. Spacious room. All see thru glasses for toilet and shower no block at all, strange design. Hotel guests were very noisy. Floor of breakfast room was slippery because of the food. Local rice noodle soup was delicious. Generally is not up to Hyatt standard. There are coffee shops and food nearby.

住的江景大床房，从窗口就望到了嘉陵江两岸，因为来的比较晚一点，6点钟已开灯，美美的，能看到很远的嘉陵江，停车方便，门口服务员主动帮助提行李，房间乾净整洁精致，房间灯光舒服视线舒服，枕头高低合适，柔韧度合适，被子厚薄合适，两瓶矿泉水，两包咖啡，两包红茶，两包绿茶，一小瓶润肤霜，小度智能语音，房间里放了两个垃圾桶，垃圾桶放得很方便，希望衞生间衞生纸多一点。晚上在江边散步的时候，看到酒店的灯光很璀璨的，也是城市月夜景的闪光点，沿着嘉陵江散步的路好宽。早晨的嘉陵江上，雾茫茫一片，看不清。早餐非常丰富，味道好。

已经入住第三天了，住在江边房间俯瞰美丽的嘉陵江真的是太美了，房间乾净整洁温馨，酒店旁边就是万达广场，购物吃饭特别方便，酒店有自己的负一楼停车场，酒店早餐特别丰盛，特别赞的是下麪条的服务员蒲廷容小妹妹服务特别特别好，知道第一天我老公没吃上混沌，第二天我们一进餐厅就赶紧给我们説专门下了混沌，也谢谢餐厅其他服务员们热情温暖亲切的服务，谢谢39层服务员上官细心贴心的服务，离店时前台小美女还送了我喜欢的伴手礼，超赞！值得入住！

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

入住过接近10次南充凯悦嘉轩，来写一个客观评测评论。
地理位置：背靠万达广场，在吃喝上比较方便，对出差人士友好，从南充站打车15块钱到，如果你告诉司机有点赶时间，会有“惊喜”。
硬件设施：在南充数一数二的好，毕竟国际品牌加持，在硬件的设定上更适合用户需求出发，高速吹风，热水加热速度，淋浴水量，舒适的拖鞋，冰镇minnibar可乐，对我来説更重要。
价格：有时候不到400的单早价格，住凯悦嘉轩，要啥自行车。
房型选择：住过江景和城景，更推荐城景。江景固然美，俯瞰半座城，但是开窗时间久，小蚊虫自然来袭，江边广场的坝坝舞噪声也比较大，持续到21点左右，城景相对安静。
服务：整体的服务都符合预期，打车到酒店门口，会有礼宾同事拉车门，现在蛮多五星级酒店已经忽略这一步了。
另外就是前台同事小周了，在我忘记带身份证的情况下，耐心的帮我使用天府通办，而后没网，又耐心的等待我用身份证照片，全程面对微笑，没有任何不耐烦的情绪，感谢你，让我对凯悦嘉轩的好感又上一层。
惊喜点：早餐，南充酒店的zui字可以给凯悦嘉轩，种类丰富，且不时在调整菜品，种类繁多到接近早午餐的水平，一定要试试他们家的红油豆腐乳，配炒饭、蔬菜都绝了。

来住过两次了，南充很好的酒店，前台男生小任服务态度好，语气温柔，办理入住快，体验很不错，下次来南充肯定还会入住，房间环境也不错，空间大，乾净整洁

第一次入住凯悦嘉轩，印象很好！先是免费升级了房型，又是多赠送了一份早餐。房间内配备设施很齐全，空间也很大，紧邻嘉陵江畔风景宜人，采光也很好。很好的一次出行体验，下次有机会还会首选凯悦。

This is by far the best among all the hotels I’ve logged in China .If you’re looking for luxury then this is the best choice in nanchong .The only hotel in nanchong where the image on this app matches the room !!??
