好久了、今天又来南京 逛德基看到这家酒店、想起来当时住的特别满意。前台有个姓吴的小姑娘 服务特别亲切周到、我看了一下积章的东西 在想着自己买本子玩不了、她在前台可能感觉我需要纸 就送来了漂亮的明星片、很好的服务意识。还有客房的阿姨 打扫的很干净 被子铺的很立正。见人也会问好 有礼貌 不比五星级酒店的体验感逊色。一楼风格也不错 适合打卡拍照。

We had a great stay, friendly staff, very helpful, they speak English. The location is perfect, close to xinjiekou and near the subway station

Location is a bit hidden, it’s located beside Mercure Hotel and in front of it is a restaurant. But the restaurant seems like it’s not operating.
The staff can be friendlier. But understandable since there is only 1 staff at the front desk and seems that she handles everything by herself. She looks like she always having a bad day.
The hotel room is actually looks nice for its price. But we decided to move out after 1 night stay, the bedsheet was dirty with a lot of lint and dust. We got pretty bad rashes from 1 night stay.

Hotel location is good. Very near to shopping mall Deji, and metro. There are plenty of local food around. Basically, is a cozy hotel. Don’t expect luxury as this is a budget hotel. Clean and hygienic enough.?
Have been to this hotel many times. Will be back again.
This time chose trip.com and will be using trip.com. Easy to use and rewards points are higher. Used to use agoda for the past 15 years. However, I think management has changed and lack of integrity. Cannot believe agoda lies.
Made a booking on 26Oct for 27Oct-4Nov to Guangzhou, and realised made a mistake. Cancelled by mistake and realised there was a cancellation fees of 13%, amount 700CNY. Agoda claimed that the hotel refused the refund, but the money was collected by agoda instead. They lied repeatedly and kept pushing the blame to the hotel. I booked the same hotel via trip.com and verified with the staff in person. Integrity is an issue.As such, start using trip.com.

Amazing hotel with excellent cleanliness and a strategic location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk agent, 丽姐. She was a lifesaver when we forgot our belongings. She assisted us in arranging delivery to the airport seamlessly. Thank you so much, 丽姐! We will definitely return for our next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in this hotel

Not a bad place to stay. The road outside gets congested so our ride back from 夫子庙 took a while…
Bathroom is separated from toilet but that seems to be similar to hotels in Suzhou surrounding areas

Hotel is clean , ?? nice location and a restaurant. Front desk staff did take forever to help me and they didn’t have slippers .

Hotel was nice, very nice location.
A couple of things on the downside: breakfast was disgusting, for what you pay, you can get something better in the corner.
Also, you get to listen the vibration and sound of the subway passing by.

Friendly reception. Appreciate that they have a laundry room. Many eateries around the hotel. Conveniently located near the subway station.

Semi clean, no smoking smell.good. I like it. Might stay again. Breakfast semi good could be a salad but so far acceptable. Location is really good. There's noises from the window of the street but it didn't much bother me.
