Friendly and helpful staff nangbei and yuzhi especially xu manger solve my problems .information on visiting attraction and assit bookings well done.hotel provides free laundry services and free supper meals.next to metro station entrance a plus point for travellers.

I had booked 3 rooms and arrived at the hotel at 13:00. The receptionist helped me check in quickly for 1 room. And then, they scanned our passports first. But, when we checked in for the other 2 rooms later at 23:00, the receptionist working at night required us to provide our passports again. After a 4-hour flight and traveling around the city, we were so tired, but the receptionist told us: we had not provided documents yet and needed to provide them again?? The hotel's process for transferring check-in information between the day and night shifts had problems, but the receptionist spoke to us as if it was our fault?? This made us feel uncomfortable. It was a hotel near the metro, Ancient Town, and Confucius Temple.

小鱼丸子星乐服务好，酒店交通便利，茶水好喝，床品舒适，房间大，环境优美安静。
刚好这几天修路吧，白天宝宝睡觉有点吵，设施的话相对比较老旧了，木地板走路有点声响，马桶没有轻智能，不过好在是老店服务蛮好的，态度都很不错，亲子床有榻榻米很舒适

宁宁蕾蕾服务好。酒店位置离夫子庙很近，就在地铁上面，真的是超级方便，下次来一定还会选择这里，坐地铁去各个景点都很方便，孩子们也很喜欢

Overall good stay - convenient location in the middle of tourist attraction with abundance of food. Extremely convenient to the metro station Fuzimiao, the side entrance is just outside of exit 4, behind Luckin’ Coffee. Initially i had trouble locating the hotel entrance. Room amenities are sufficient though it’d be perfect if the shower head water strength was stronger.

但酒店前有工地早上施工，??????

非常满意。酒店位置很好，大堂直通地铁，3.5两根地铁，去哪都方便。酒店有自家的停车场，开车到达地铁出行非常奈斯。出门就是夫子庙，逛吃很方便。酒店布置很温馨，房间乾净宽敞。不得不提酒店服务很周到，特别感谢宁宁恺恺两位，入住前就提前联系沟通，服务特别细心特别周到，对小朋友特别细致。非常满意的一次入住。

设施：没有冰箱，但装了放置冰箱的柜子，如同虚设
衞生：房间都是小飞虫
环境：就门面大厅还可以，5楼楼道灯光不够，如果有人开门会被吓到
服务：5楼有个厨房，工作人员直接里面冲出来，门是外推不是内拉，差点撞到我女儿，设计有问题，走廊奔跑也是有损形象影响别人休息

前台服务员很温和，谘询时讲解的很到位，房间不错，小冰箱里还有零食饮料好温馨的，最重要的是出行太方便了，酒店下楼就是地铁。
