离德基广场很近 很近 旁边就是商场 里地铁站只有100米 特别方便 周围就是商场 点外卖也很方便 环境也好 非常非常非常喜欢

房间小，厕所和房间里都有小飞虫，第一晚孩子脸和眼皮痒有肿块，可能和这有关系，充电插座只有一边有！另一边充电没办法充，隔音真不太好，隔壁男晚上在干事床的咚咚声听了很尴尬！尤其是孩子听到多尴尬啊！国庆房价从200多涨到660元差不多，就是冲着离地铁还算近才住下。

除了靠近市中心酒店给人整体感觉很差，第一个房间有只巨无霸蟑螂，于是换到第二个房间窗户很小窗户外面环境差，再接着第三个房间头发灰尘蜘蛛，换房过程很顺利，但整个过程挺无语，作为一个消费者来住宿过程遇到衞生堪忧的酒店真的心里很膈应，开始服务员问了定房平台有説房间不能退，我一个人带着孩子先出门吃饭，用餐过程工作人员给我发了私包88，我不同意，当然没想着白住，要求退部分房费，老板説最多100，如果不接受100赔偿就退全款让我去别处，试问大周末晚上换酒店对于我外出用餐带着孩子再要回酒店拿行李多麻烦，最后接受了100补偿，带着孩子实在不想折腾，再説一次，没有想着白*免费住，退部分款而已，最后还是携程小姐姐给了满意处理，所以定酒店还是得平台定，最起码出了问题有保障！！！

Room was not clean, especially the toilet. Water leaked out from the shower cubicle whenever i took my bath. It caused the entire toilet floor wet and slippery. The hotel was old and lack of basic routine maintenance. The plaster ceiling inside the toilet was damaged and the mosquito netting for window inside the 1st room which i rejected, was also damaged and was full of dust. There were also stains and damages seen on the wall inside the room. The window curtains stuck when I tried to close it. Breakfast was poor and was lack of variety. It was totally a bad experience for me. For the price range of about ￥330 per night, i am sure there were many better hotels to choose from. I regret choosing this hotel and i don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel location is at xiejiekou metro station exit 20. It is a very convenient location. The superior double room is clean, spacious and awesome. It is an AI room, we can ask “Xiao Du, Xiao Du” to open the curtains, turn on/off the lights & TV. It is useful, especially, when we are very tired, lying on bed, finds it hard to wake up. This AI really helps. All the staffs are all very friendly and welcoming. Overall, ?? very happy experience.

This hotel locates near Xinjekou of Nanjing with a very reasonable price. But I came back to the room around 2pm after a tour, the shower was put in the sewage (as attached image). I explained this situation to the front desk and was asked to return back to the room. As I returned, then two people came out and said “all done.” (in Chinese) Actually I don't know what and how it happened because of no explanations might be caused from language difficulties.
