Special thanks to Kerryn for his kind support! Thanks to him, my family had a wonderful time at the hotel as foreign visitors.
There are beautiful and comfortable outdoor hot springs, as well as a great western restaurant on the 7th floor where you can enjoy with the sunset. I hope to visit again!

Beautiful property surrounded by attractions for families and kids. We traveled as a big family and booked three rooms. My husband loved it so much that we extended our stay for one night.
Pros:
-New and luxurious facilities.
-Top service. Everyone seemed loved their job and good at what they were doing. The front desk, Ms Ivy Chu particularly, coordinated our stay with a great manner of professionalism. The fellow who cleaned our room noticed my daughter crying over a lollipop and comforted her by offering some snacks. I greatly appreciated the hospitality.
- SPA is top notch and a must try.
Cons:
- Depends on your taste. The place is away from the city center and was really quiet at night. I almost felt a bit scary, but my husband loved it.
- Not many choices of restaurants within and nearby the property. The restaurants were unreasonably expensive. However, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, huge selection of food and all delicious.

Brilliant stay. Lovely hot springs. The surroundings of the hotel were great - parks, mini trains, cable car, botanical gardens. Ivy at reception was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help us.

This hotel was fabulous. We chose it for its architectural design and the hot springs. It did not disappoint. The room was beautiful with cliff views, the staff were very service minded. I had the WeChat contact of Ivy who made sure our stay was easy even though we do not speak Chinese. The food at the Western restaurant was also delicious. It was a perfect romantic weekend.

Amazing hotel. Spent two perfect days there, only thing to complain about is that the Coke was 48 kuai in the lobby bar. Otherwise perfect.

天气凉快了，去悦榕庄度个假，很开心的一次旅行🧳，Ricy小姐姐全程关注我们的旅行安排，下雨了，我带着小朋友在坐小火车，我叫的跑腿到了东宁门进不来，Ricy小姐姐很快帮我解决了这个问题，还前往东宁门帮我取来了～另外房间内的泡池很喜欢。这里的早餐也很满意，厨师们都很热情❤️
