I liked my stay overall
Only points to improve are
- English speaking, not easy to understand each other, though some do have basic understanding
- breakfast : they serve same breakfast every day
- no room service or snacks available
But l would still recommend it

Stayed for a two week stay for business. Excellent, professional and flexible service provided by whole hotel team. Very conveniently located with good accesses to airport, train station and downtown. Nice new and spacious apartment style rooms, great steam sauna, and gym, yoga facilities. Possibility of accessing neighbouring residency swimming pool upon request at hotel lobby.

Fantastic experience at Modena. Front desk staff were friendly and room was very clean but that was all within expectations. The facilities and attention to detail on the other hand went way above and beyond.
In terms of facilities the hotel has an outstanding gym for a hotel at this price point with premium Precor machines. It also has a sauna - something missing at even some luxury hotels like Andaz.
The room also comes with top end Electrolux appliances which was super surprising for the price point. I think it just highlights the property's commitment to quality. They also provided single use bed linens and towels for any guests that are ultra concerned about cleanliness.
Stayed for a day and considering coming back with the family soon. Really incredible value for the price.

Really new service apartment, happy to recommend to anyone visiting Nanjing. Breakfast was ok. Big mall nearby with lots of great restaurants.

🧹卫生：新开的酒店 卫生环境还是不错的 也没有什么味道
🍃环境：客房空间蛮大 干湿分离卫浴 厨房和小冰箱对家庭出行真的很友好 早餐出乎意料的不错 鸭血粉丝汤好评
🔔服务：从办理入住到整个居住体验都非常好 尤其要点名夸一下：Macher和Joy 简直不要太贴心了 check-in的时候就超级热情 帮忙提东西 而且还很耐心的介绍了酒店所有的服务设施 周边和值得玩的地方 宾至如归的体验说的就是这两个小可爱了～
以后再去南京 这里会是首选

🚗 交通：交通十分便利从南京南坐地铁只需要四十多分钟
🍃环境：装修风格居家且温馨，很有家的感觉
🧹卫生：新开业的酒店，本以为味道会很重，但完全出乎意料
🔔服务：贴心的准备了小礼物，比较喜欢坚果还又送了一份到房间
第一次入住从入住到退房都带给了我极度舒适的入住体验，尤其感谢前台的小姜同志，一个普通话有些蹩脚的小青年，十分健谈🤭

来几次了 一如即往的好 还欢迎我再次入住 小姐姐们很温柔 小哥哥长得也挺帅😁
出行也很方便 周边就有个24小时的罗森便利店 早餐跟五星级酒店的没啥区别 有个小型图书室还有汗蒸房 运动完去汗蒸很舒服 性价比很高 以后还会一直来滴 ❤️了

🚗 交通：开车去的，酒店入口很好找。-2F可以直达酒店大堂，非常便利。
🍃环境：酒店开业时间不长，非常干净整洁。地处繁华的河西，各种落地玻璃窗，视野宽阔，夜景更是无敌！
🔔服务：全程工作人员服务态度超好，也很有耐心。疫情期间，还特别配置了可爱的机器人提供送外卖到房间的服务，赞！
PS.在此特别感谢Johnny姜经理，服务到位，专业一流！因为有长住的打算，姜经理就带着我们一路参观讲解了酒店各个楼层的功能区分布以及如何使用的。是心动的感觉，打算不久就领包入住了😎

再次入住，和上次一样的好，房间干净明亮设施全采光好。楼层打扫卫生的大姐也非常的热情，总是询问还需要什么😊，因为晚上睡得晚，前台还贴心的帮我延迟了退房，并且还送了伴手礼，超级的喜欢，感谢感谢！极力推荐大家入住这里，肯定会很满意。

因为工作原因，到各地都是长住酒店公寓。这次住了两天后，果断把后续的住宿定在了这里。
🚗 交通：交通方便，离商业区不远，闹中取静。
🧹卫生：卫生做的干净，新开的酒店，也没发现床品布草上有什么奇怪的东西。
🍃环境：周边环境很好，虽然旁边就是工地，但是隔音很棒，一点都没有受影响。
🔔服务：服务态度五星级。
以后来南京就住这里了。
