Decent location with a great lake view. Nice interior and good facilities. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of local and international options. Overall it was nice experience.

The check in was smooth and fast. Sienna, the receptionist speaks good English and very helpful and accommodating. However, in the morning, we went to have breakfast, but we were not allowed to enter the restaurant because we were wearing room slippers. So, we went upstairs to put on our shoes, only to find out that some men were wearing room slippers while they went around the restaurant? How so unfair! We understand the safety concerns of the hotel, but they should stick to their own rules and should be compulsory! We complained to those staff who stopped us from coming into the restaurant and they said, they can't stop the men from coming in, in their room slippers. So??? They should improve on this!

Situated by a lake, we were fortunate to have a room with the lake view.
It is away from the heart of the city but easy to get on the subway and get around fine.
Good room layout, great surroundings for walking or running, beautiful parks near to do exercise.

This is a great hotel with friendly service and a great buffet. It is extremely clean and has everything you would want. I would definitely stay there again. A wonderful stay! Because Nanjing is quite a sprawling city, it is important to know that this hotel is around 10km from most of the top tourist sites (but a cheap cab ride is all you need to get anywhere.)
