Room
Room came with a beautiful view and the rooms here were above level 37. Downside was the air conditioner was centralized and no way to adjust the temperature. Our room was very warm and stuffy in a cold winter night. After speaking to the front desk, they offered a change of room, which was definitely way better than the first room.
Location
20 mins car ride from Nanjing south station. A huge mall with many offerings, including an indoor playground for kids, could be reached within 5 minutes walk.
Breakfast
Great international spread with the usual stations - egg, salad, noodle, pastry, fruits, etc.
Service
Concierge at level one was very helpful! Proactive is offering assistance.
Pool
Temperature was alright during the winter. Although the water looks clean, our daughter had a stye on the eye after a swim.

The hotel was fine however, the room we booked (the child room with toys etc) might have been a bit dusty and as a result my son had an asthma attack. It is obviously impossible to know exactly what the trigger was but we have had a similar experience in another hotel that had carpets in the rooms and we believe the excess dust in the carpets and less than adequate ventilation does increase the risk for asthmatics. This being said, the hotel stay was great and we were having a great time until my son’s asthma played up. I would still recommend this hotel and would like to go back in future, particularly to their dinner buffet…fantastic meal!

Bath tub was awesome and bedding was super comfy. Also, hotel staff went another mile in preparing cake, fruits, chocolate and a little gift as it was my birthday. Breakfast was comprehensive and the scrambled eggs were exceptionally good. Waking distance to a new high end mall that opened only a few days ago and super close to the metro line 2 and 10.

用了铂金礼遇，升了套房，59层，超大，很好很舒服的房间，酒店装修也很有风格，可以作为打卡的地方啦，早餐很丰富，房间享受行政礼遇，可惜没赶上时间，下午茶和happyhour都错过了，下次南京还要选这里
