The location is not too bad but not convenient on rainy days. Beside the average location I believe it is one of the best business hotels in Nanjing. Very good services from the reception staff to the restaurants employees. I received a warm welcome, a room upgrade and a nice cake for my birthday during my stay. The restaurant on the 27th floor, Man Hotel, serves delicious Chinese cuisine worthy of a 5 star hotel. Room are very comfortable. True hospitality.

迄今为止最糟糕的5星级酒店体验，五星级意味着软件服务更重要！明显这家酒店是仓促开业，各种服务不到位，礼宾部连行李拖车都没有。门口划了停车位的地方不让停，地库又布局乱的一塌糊涂，B1M层居然被中间一分为二，找车都能迷路！reception和礼宾部柜台居然一模一样，没有明显区隔标志。服务员态度生硬。
