Everything about the resort is super amazing. The food was amazing, very wide variety. They had both Chinese and Western dishes. Even the chef specially made us some chicken when I asked for why no chicken among the foods. We ate to full. The room we got was simple and clean though not part of the main building so we needed to use the resort shuttle every time we needed to go out or return to our room. It was a fun ride every time. The staffs were friendly, hospitable and well mannered. We watched the circus show & the sea lion show, they were both interesting, and then we took the little train which took us round the wildlife park and we fed animals while on the train. It was an awesome experience. We also had a very good walk round the park with many animals roaming freely within their space. There are great spots for picnic and relaxation. The kids loved the amusement park and play area. We also experienced the hot springs which was a beautiful experience. The environment was beautiful, clean and natural. Our kids loved every bit of it. I highly recommend this for a family staycation.

临时升级了房间 有私汤 带小宝宝很友好 连排别墅很赞 早餐也很不错 套票包括动物园和温泉票 动物园有很多大熊猫！

在汤山度假区，本次恰逢大雪之后，银装素裹，小孩很开心，能赏雪了，早餐品种不算很多但也够了，房间管家一对一服务很不错，耐心介绍各类入住事宜

房间宽大舒适，设施齐全便捷，视野风景极佳。温泉种类繁多，入住当天傍晚刚好赶上下雪，雪中泡森林温泉别有一番意境。动物园里的动物品种很多，但是因为第二天下了更大的雪，为了动物们的健康着想，很多暂停外场展出，但是憨态可掬的七只大熊猫，小朋友大朋友都很喜欢。

The resort is nice but you are paying for the location rather than the luxury hotel. Similar level hotels just outside of the mountain are much cheaper. That said, our first room smelled of smoke, despite their being a no smoking rule throughout the hotel, when we mentioned this to the staff at reception the manager immediately contacted us and organised an alternative room. So the service was good, we appreciated this. We did not use the hot spring or visit the zoo etc, as we were in the area for other reason, though they seemed lovely and everyone coming out of them seemed happy. Very quiet so great sleep!

If you want to be out in Nature it’s a great location, no Delivery etc. bring snacks and booze if that’s what you want.
Rooms are big, bright, clean. Staff is super friendly, no English but very helpful.
The hot springs are very relaxing surrounded by trees and stones and pagodas, can definitely spend the day jumping around the pools and relax. Just have to avoid the pools where the kids come with floaty donuts ?????♂? But that’s just TIC. All facilities were super clean, nice sauna and shower. The buffet is Chinese with lots of variety, good stuff. Recommend for a chill couple get away or family. Singles don’t bother

The hotspring was phenomenal. The zoo was surprisingly good. The initial room in building 7 was not up to standard but they were kind enough to transfer us to the new building and the room was great. Breakfast was okay.
