我们入住的是带私汤的房型，这个私汤呢它虽然是个室外的，但是私密性还是不错的，池子放满水大概也就半小时左右吧。唯一觉得需要改进的一点就是池子的四周和底部好像都是用磨砂石头造的，泡池子的时候一不小心皮肤刮到会觉得不舒服，而且下水的时候也要注意，不然胳膊或者腿撞一下的话，乌青块都要出来了。酒店有个浮船下午茶很不错，但是一定是要提前一天预订才可以，我们当时不知道，不过酒店前台还是给了一艘空的船给我们拍照用，真的很感谢诶。

整体酒店的环境特别好，特别适合度假。整个绿化特别棒，特别适合携带这个长者，小朋友入住，值班经理刘嘉韵的服务态度非常棒，感受到了宾至如归。

服务很好，房间衞生也很乾净，泡池很好，早饭很好吃，单点了个葡萄酒也不错，屋里有杯子，早饭种类很多，麪包味道很好

天冷了奔着泡汤来了voco，体验感不错，早饭也nice
设施：很全，房间里也有音响，给泡汤的氛围感往上拉了一个档次
环境：私汤的好处就是私密性更强，而且是庭院类的房型，并不会有太多人，酒店整体配套也很全，门口就是园博园，不想只躺着也有送的套票可以去看一看
衞生：衞生也很乾净，会有阿姨专门放温泉水，清理汤泉
服务：服务也很到位！因为里面有点大会员工作人员专门引路～
感觉是住过的所有voco中最满意的一家～很推荐过来泡汤放松～

The guy on the reception didn’t told us the bus tickets were not valid after 6, he also did not told us that there were buses that could pick you up from the hotel to the gardens, we had to walk and be in 39C waiting for the bus inside the parks.

非常满意的一次入住体验，环境优美，很安静，鸟语花香，离园博园一个马路的距离，很适合假期放松修养，早餐丰盛，有公共温泉，服务超棒！感谢敬业的刘经理，给我们非常好的入住体验，会再来，也会推荐朋友来住。五星点赞！

We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities.
The room was clean the bed comfortable.
We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time.
We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.

Exceeded the expectations! Besides the beautiful location and building, the staff was so kind and available. Me and my girlfriend have been treated so well!!!
I would like to thank in particular our receptionist 卡卡, any questions we had or issue we encountered she tried her best to help us and satisfy our needs. ????????

I would also like to thank Vin who helped us with the luggages and brought us water when we were in need! ????
Lastly i want to give a big big ???? to the hotel’s摄影师小姐姐, she’s not only fun to work with but she took some amazing pictures of me and my girlfriend in the hot springs area that will last forever as memories in our hearts ??????
Will come back for sure in the future if there’s the occasion! ??

Location outside Park. But they provide shuttle bus. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Notice many detail about the park. Breakfast buffet very delicious. And alot of drinks in the minibar. Room is big and warm. Unfortunately the public hot spring is small.
