设施：非常棒，不愧是南通最好的酒店，应有尽有。房间衞生间特别大，双台盆设计，智能马桶，大浴缸，都是高端酒店标配。
衞生：没找到缺点，打扫很勤快。
服务：本次住宿的最大亮点，从到酒店下车迎宾开始洲际酒店就开始体现了高服务水准。我从头到尾没提过行李，下车有人拿，上楼有人带，退房也是帮我把行李提到后备箱的。每个遇到的服务人员都会热情地打招呼。
入住的时候前台很热情地帮我免费升级了房型，升到了狼山景观房，视野特别棒。还主动帮我关联了洲际的积分，还赠送了我一份会员饮料，可以带回房间喝。
另外，酒店的早餐和晚餐都特别棒，丰富且有品质。自助晚餐有大闸蟹，膏很丰满，哈根达斯，甜虾，牛排，鹅肝，都是我的最爱，连吃了两天。晚上还有现场表演，很有氛围。早餐也很丰富，带孩子住特别省心，完全不用担心吃的问题。通过携程预订还送了，两张 100 的抵扣券，性价比更高了。
环境：狼山景观特别好，酒店也有自己的景观，有黑天鹅，景观湖，让人心旷神怡。

Staff is very friendly. Room is spacious and very clean. There are a lot of options for breakfast, and everything is delicious. The hotel is about 10 min by car, from the nearest shopping mall. It is no possible to go the city center by foot.

这次入住南通滨江洲际酒店的体验直接拉满！从踏入大堂开始就被温柔的服务打动，耐心办理入住，全程高效又贴心。房间视野绝了，推窗就是壮阔江景，清晨伴着江风醒来，傍晚看落日余晖洒在江面，治癒感十足。房间设施齐全且质感在线，床品柔软亲肤，衞浴乾湿分离乾净整洁，智能设备操作便捷，细节处尽显品质。晚餐在酒店餐厅品嚐了自助晚餐，食材新鲜、口味地道，服务员还会贴心推荐菜品，用餐体验超棒。已经推荐给朋友，下次来南通一定还选这里！

This is not our first time staying at this hotel and it certainly won’t be our last. The staff helped us with our luggage and welcomed us at the door. Check-in was quick and easy and staff spoke good English. We were taken to our room which had been decorated very nicely to celebrate our anniversary. The room was modern and clean and overlooked the lake and Wolf mountain. The swimming pool is clean and had a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from; both local and international. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and look forward to our next trip.

Espectacular hotel in at the Jangtse river.
Very high standard rooms.
Would return inmediatly to the hotel in next trip to Nantong.
