Wir waren keine Hotelg?ste, sondern wollten einfach nur gemütlich hier essen – leider ein Fehler. Beim ersten Tisch hie? es pl?tzlich ?reserviert“, ohne Schild oder Hinweis, also sind wir umgezogen. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, aber wenig aufmerksam. Pizza gab es nicht (Info leider erst nach der Bestellung), stattdessen haben wir knapp eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Serviert wurden dann lieblos angerichtete Teller für 16 € – inklusive abgepackter Mayo- und Ketchup-Sachets wie bei McDonald’s. Geschmacklich schwach, optisch peinlich, am Ende Bauchschmerzen gratis dazu.

We spent a pleasant week at our favorite hotel, now for the third time. This time we chose a basic room, which fully met our expectations: cleanliness, air conditioning, a large balcony, and a safe. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very kind and attentive. The receptionist offered to move our sun umbrella to a better row the next day. I enjoyed the wide variety of seafood; we could choose from three types of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Breakfast could be enjoyed either inside the restaurant or on the covered terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. The hotel is located in a peaceful, green area, about a 10-minute walk from the shopping and entertainment district of Pineta. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach through a beautiful grove of palm and oleander trees. Bicycles are also available. After check-out, we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot until the afternoon. We saw that the hotel is developing—many rooms have already been beautifully renovated. Since we took advantage of the early booking option, we were able to enjoy our holiday at a very favorable price: we stayed for 7 days for the price of 6. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday, which worked well for us in terms of travel, as we avoided weekday rush hours around big cities, trucks, and the Saturday crowds on the roads.I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.

Ottima la posizione, la pulizia, il garbo e la professionalita’ alla reception, il rapporto qualita’ prezzo, la piscina ed il parcheggio… i cornetti a colazione sono un po secchi e andrebbero sostituiti… la sala colazione andrebbe un po rimodernata… per il resto tutto ok

Seguramente llegarás a este hotel en un tour... está ubicado muy lejos de un pueblito La vista es buena al igual que la piscina. Pero la habitación es peque?a al igual que el ba?o. El colchón ES LO PEOR ... duro como una piedra; al igual que las almohadas. Tiene un solo ascensor con lo cual es complicado subir y bajar La atención del personal es buena, el desayuno es bueno y la comida es solo aceptable.

酒店整体感觉不错，绿意盎然的环境，十分静谧。
早餐是近期酒店体验中最好吃的。
停车场很大，方便。

Wir sind wie schon seit vielen Jahren Gast im Hotel Smeraldo und sehr zufrieden, Freundlich und Service zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Parkplatz ist vorhanden sowie Fahrr?der. Schwimmingpool mit Liegen und Strandliegen sind vorhanden.

La serietà e l'esperienza che ho trovato in questo Hotel le ritrovo ogni volta che che ho l'opportunità di soggiornarci. Sempre pronti a venire incontro alle (ammetto a volte molte...) esigenze del cliente. Apprezzo moltissimo la possibilità di scegliere tra vari tipi di menù, e la pronta disponibilità a tenere conto delle intolleranze alimentari. Reception impeccabile e personale Bar e Sala che fanno sentire il clima familiare che ci si aspetta in una struttura immersa tra ulivi e trulli. Molto apprezzata la serata rustica in taverna, con la Pizza al forno a legna. Buona posizione per visitare il centro/sud della Puglia e Matera, cosa che abbiamo fatto non perdendo troppo tempo per gli spostamenti. Davvero consigliato.
