朝食时の対応が3星ホテルのようで残念でした。
ブュッフェで食事をとりにいくたび、テーブルは片付けられ、スタッフか别のゲストにテーブルを提供しており、３回もお席を変わりました。１回目はコーヒーが置いてあるにも関わらずです。とても５つ星のホテルとは思えませんでした。次は违うホテルにします。星２つはチェックアウト后のポーターの方が素晴らしい対応をしてくれたので、一つ星をふやしました。

服务：服务人员配合度比较高，能够帮忙提前放好备注的物品。

The interior is great, although the outside is aging.
The whole facility is well cared for. Clean and tidy, no cranky handles, old silicone and such.
Nice service, but some young people are in need of more training.
